One of the first topic about pastery I am asked about is how to make buttercream? To solve the problem, I prepared a detailed video about how to make buttercream!
Buttercream can be used to design roses, flowers and leafs and it is an alternative to sugar pasta. After shaping on the baking paper, it can be used to design and decorate beatiful cakes after being waited on the fridge. When the true recipe is followed, its taste is sweet and its very edible. Its in my favorite recipes since I do not like using sugar paste on cake decorating.
🔷Materials:
-500 gr powdered sugar (choose non-starch and rate 0)
-250 gr butter or 70% buttered margarine (in room temperature)
-2 tbs. warm milk
🔴How to Prepare?
- Butter should be mixed firstly in lower then higher rate.
- We have to make powdered sugar thin in a mixer and then make it stiffed.
- Then we add these into each other and mix. We have to do this until powdered sugar melt very well for about 8-8 minutes.
- Blend them after adding the mild milk and vanilia
- After keep them being waited in the fridge for about 5-10 minutes, it is ready to be used.
✔️ You can use this buttercream for about 6-7 months in the fridge. It is ready after you mix them for 1 hour.
