@@petepete3389, you're correct. It's not a crime to be a jerk, and you're also correct that the encounter could have been over in under 5 minutes. However, the stop was completely legitimate, and if you watch the video the lion's share of it's length wasn't the officer speaking to her, it was her that was speaking...not cooperating, and thereby extending the length of the stop. Most of us learn early on in grown-up school that courtesy and cooperation are the best way to accomplish a short traffic stop. This woman is going to make my head explode. This officer is absolutely amazing. He’s extremely calm, professional, and great at gathering evidence for the DA. There’s no way she’ll want to play this in front of a jury. I really also like the other officer, I’m not sure if he’s an FTO, senior officer, or a supervisor. Regardless this is exactly the kind of police we need. Thank you officers for your honorable service, you’re doing all your brothers and sisters proud. The community also appreciates you getting people like this off the roads. She had her license suspended for a reason and she couldn’t care less. Her attitude is dangerous and actions are just as bad. And of course she plays the victim card.

Any passenger in a driving offense dosent have to give up his dl or I'd card . All they have to-do is say they have one bye the 4th amendment! But cop well do what they want and abuse thier power they have to lie and corwwrse everybody against each other. And some of use knows uts true ha!.if a person says I don't answer?'s means they don't. That means thier not obstructing thuer just not talking. Their pleading the 5th . Or I'd say I'm not making a statement with out a lawyer present!. That really passes cops off!
