these ladders are awesome... and brutal. i am really digging them. they are perfect for scaling back into regular workouts after a break.

To clarify, the reps in this tough workout are total reps for both left and right. For example the 60 reps for the row are 30 left and 30 right. It is the same for all the exercises that are left and right, he gives the TOTAL reps.

What. The. Fucking. HELL? I was always intimidated by this workout, believing that round 2 would have the same reps as round one. I was set to give up after three rounds today, but when I realised the reps were cut in half, I was so happy. Once again. Hard AF workout. And once again, I coupled it with 100 kettlebell snatch+push press burpees, which I was able to do in less than 25 minutes. You are gift man. Never forget that.🎉🎉

Hey, recently I had a surgery (cholangiopancreatography), so my core muscles got cut deeply and I could not lift heavy things for long time (still can't). Do You have any advice how to get back to kb training after surgery? I think it could be a nice video material. All the best, keep doing fantastic job!

I tried to get through with as many reps as I could with my 24kg. 30 goblet squats are no joke. I will be back again until the 24kg is beaten into submission.
