I'm an astrophysics major and I was face palming throughout the entire commercial airline ejector seat segment. It seems that Kaya thinks that we live in the world of Looney Tunes were you can just rocket yourself into the air with no consequences. Not only would every infant and child's neck be instantly snapped from the g force, but that many explosions in close proximity would cause a huge blast wave that would rupture everyone's ear drums and probably kill them all since it would be essentially a huge bomb blowing up. Even if someone miraculously survives the blast they would be severly scorched from the flames coming out of the ejector chair in front of them and probably burn to death. If they survived this then they would be exposed to a tremendous amount of g force that is greater than what a fighter pilot would experience since the airliner is travelling at a slower speed and is far larger than a fighter. This would result in everyone's necks snapping which would kill them instantly. So any way you slice it, everyone would die if there were ejector seats in commercial planes
