In the case of my doctor they do ask you to do a RAT before presenting to the clinic, so that probably wouldn't contribute towards the COVID diagnosis theory as much. Since I don't know what kind of symptoms Jackson has it is hard to tell but some sideffects of Promethazine (ingredient of Night Nurse) cause some typical flu symptoms.
