My podcast with Navy SEAL / ultra-endurance athlete David Goggins struck a chord with many, so thought I'd share it on KZbin as an experiment. Should I upload more episodes here even if it's just audio? Leave a comment below. Look forward to your thoughts.

This changed my life. I stoped smoking, I'm eating healthy, workout EVERY day, learn new language and programming just for fun, my room and house has never been cleaner, made all the things that I postponed for the last 7 years, and that's just my warm-up. But most of all I'm so proud of myself that I can't even describe it for you.

@@gregpaul755 well, what helps me is remembering the 40% rule he talks about and how you want to make sure every drop goes to use. Because when you can get the work done and stay focused you feel so good after instead of checking the phone constantly. You will also have more time for yourself. It aint easy so dont expect to be perfect, but just fight the temptation

I'm upright, stretching, eating whole food plant based, running, riding - at 61 with in remission cancer and diabetes. I f*cking hate all of it. Thx "Goggins" my best is now yet to come. Inspiration is a cruel friend. I'm moving on from the 40% mark. I realize my demon was myself. Now I'm headed forward.

It’s scary to look around and realize that a huge percentage of the human population is not doing nearly what they are capable of doing. And then we all wonder why we’re unhappy. David brings your attention right back to that very point. You are unhappy, unfit, etc. etc...because you’re not seizing the opportunity to show yourself what you’re capable of. It means way more coming from the guy that is living his message. David Goggins is waking a lot of people up...including giving me a swift kick in the ass.

Im listening to this pretty much in the same position as Rich Roll was in when he was 40. When I was a teenager I could arm wrestly my sports teachers, I was the 100m champion plus excelling in so many other sports and disciplines. I smoked the last 20 years or so and have lost my shape. Im 92 kilos can barely run for more then 20 minutes and it hurts so much. I cant even do 2 chin ups or 10 press ups with out collapsing but the good news is I´ve woken up and I want to improve. Ive stopped smoking since 2 months and processed sugars, and I´ve started to workout and jog again and Im so happy discovered this channel thanks to a Yes Theory Video. Thank you Rich and David for being top role models and giving me the inspiration and strength to know its not too late and I can achieve my dreams. Sounds so corny but I really do agree with the life begins at 40 phrase!! Blessings and love

Absolutely amazing, the real tragedy are the dislikes because you know those are the people that can't accept reality and the cold hard truth. I shouldn't even really describe his message as the '"cold, hard" truth..its just truth
@youssefrochdi1994

Andre Blunt no, those are not a tragedy. People who do not have the mental fortitude to accept what the man is saying, let alone DO what he is saying, are not important. The truth is they are a hindrance to the our evolution as individuals as well as a species. They don't matter. Those who do not help you and are positive about you do not deserve your attention.
