They look amazing, Mattie. When we grease our potatoes and foil them, it causes the skin to become tender. Thank you for the recipe. I'll put salt and pepper when I bake mine. ❤😊

Yum! Simple and delicious, I’m all about simplicity, I’m dieting so I may only want a baked sweet potato with simple and wonderful ingredients. Some people on you tube making wonderful stuff, but too many ingredients, can’t eat like that everyday.

Where I'm from that is a yam and there is a difference between the two.Sweet potatoes are dry and not as sweet as yams.Ask your produce mngr and compare the two...
