I like doors that pop but I feel like the front of the house with the brick, siding and black window shutters is already busy. I would paint the door black lol

Hi - retired interior designer and former real estate agent passing on some color psychology research. Studies have shown that a brightly colored door increases curb appeal as much as a new lawn or painting the whole house does! (The research surprised me, too.) Painting the front door to contrast the house makes the house seem more welcoming and 'happier.' Everyone's favorite color is blue(in surveys it wins over 80% of the time) - regardless of gender, age, or nationality. Therefore, blue doors sell houses. Now back to my personal opinion: there is a color of blue that looks good with every single house color you are likely to encounter. For example, a red brick = mid-tone blue; a white farmhouse = bright or navy blue; a dark brown rustic log-style home = sky blue; a grey stone house = slate blue/gray or French blue; even a soft sage green looks good with a rich dark smoky navy blue. I've never seen it fail. Love your content - keep up the good work!

This place would make me hesitate. The driveway slants towards the house, which suggests the possibility of large water incursion around the foundation. Look at structural, but also look at the site for water.

If I lived in the house you are showing, everyday I would expect to see the Hoarders crew and 1 800 got junk crew to show up at the house across the street. That front porch tends to scream "a hoarder lives here."

Any chance you’d ever do a white board technical video of steps 1 - 10 on how to get started and get setup to begin to scale. My head is swirling with unknowns. Are my steps in order? Setup LLC, then Line up financing, then find a couple contractors, then find a deal, rush contractor or 2 through it to give you an estimate, get estimate in writing, then present deal to lenders to get money and agree on terms, then make offer, then close in LLC name, then pay contractors a small amount up front to get started, then pay more as work gets done, then list on MLS? Am I missing a critical step? Am I on the right track? Am I backwards with something? Please help if possible. Thanks!

Accent front door is awesome! Half wall to open kitchen up definitely a value add in my opinion.
