Former jobs used to kill me with that they can get up and leave their desk for 30 minutes walking around talking about some b******* nobody says anything and people will cover for them. But if I spend more than 7 Minutes in the bathroom and I come to my seat people want to ask about my whereabouts or say that they've been looking for me and I'll be like for what. Usually when I go to the bathroom it's down time and there's nobody else to serve or nothing else to do so why are you looking for me for? This year 2020 the narcissist that usually played every office and call center Across America lost their chance an opportunity to harass their colleagues. Now they were able to do it somewhat remotely but they're not moving effectively like they used to because as much as they are addicted to people. Them not being around them physically has done them a disservice. These are the people that be saying how they can't wait for the quarantine to be over of course they can't wait to be a terrorist.

I became a freelancer because of the office politics. Every single pleasant workplace I had , eventually hired a narc who started pitting people against each other making things incredibly toxic

This explains why I've been working for myself since July 2020. The very last job I had was at a law firm and the HR Director and Secretarial Manager were jealous narcs. They couldn't bully me, so the HR Director fired me 🤣🤣🤣🤷🏾‍♀️. Best thing that ever happened. When narcs cannot get what they want from you (which is for you to fear them and kiss their asses) that's when they go into narcissistic rage and do crazy stuff. The crazy thing that happened to me - which was actually a blessing in disguise - was getting fired. Life has been great since then.

This is a great video! I’ve experienced these issues with past employers and it led to a huge burn out which was career ending for me. Thank you so much for this video it’s a topic that needs more attention :)

I rather work from home than be at work with freaking narcs!!

I’ve been thinking about this topic for years. Only narcs want people at the office so they can torture employees when torturing their families gets boring.

Woww.... If a manager asks you this question that's insane.. At my work there are ofcourse a lot of controlfreaks but no chance for them to control employees while working from home. We are autonom creatures, working from home gave us back that human need to be ourselves in a state of freedom and creativity....leading to more productivity and health. It's a benefit for all, including climate.

I read a newspaper article years ago... about 3 middle aged women...🤔I think they were from Minnesota.... They were suing Wallmapart. I think it may have been 3 separate cases🤷, not sure... Any wayyy, there was this middle aged woman working at the food counter.... She had to use the bathroom. The boss said it's not your break yet. She said, but I have to go..., -She was told she could wait. She couldn't, didnt, and ended up going all over herself. When she told her boss what had happened,... He told her she needed to go pick out some clothes, change, and get back to work. She had to pay for the clothes she needed to change into... She brought a lawsuit against Wallmapart, AND WON!!!!! (Rarely does anyone win over Wallmapart).👏👏👏👏👏👏😃🎉🎈🎇🎂🍾🏆💰💵👍

I work in HealthCARE as an aide. I go to peoples homes..... Ive been doing this for DECADES.... and trust me, THE NARCISSISTS IN PUBLIC 👉AND👈 CORPORATE have gotten FAR WORSE over these last few years!!!! Corporate is okay with its caregivers taking care of husband AND wife in their home, telling caregiver "you'll only be taking care of one person" (usually always a lie), and that the caregiver gets paid for taking care of ONE!!!. And I cant begin to tell you ALL THE PEOPLE WHO TREAT YOU LIKE A SLAVE.... worse THAN A DOG!!!! Two days ago, I left my shift.... but before I did, the wife told me..."Now be sure you tell Robdule (?) that he needs to stay in the chair next to (husbands) bed (all) tonight." "Last night he didnt!" This is how caregivers are TALKED TO, TREATED,.... and people do it, LOTS OF PEOPLE DO IT...... ..... BECAUSE THEY CAN!!!! I enjoy helping people, NEVER wanted to be a nurse (for no love nor money).... Caregivers are THE REAL WORKERS!!! HANDS ON, HANDS DOWN!!!! But when people disrespect you by treating you like a dog, slave, moron,...... condescending twords you... Often these are the same people who cant even wipe their own ass, or their the ones who have allowed themselves to become the slaves of their spouses. Thus then inflicting harm on people they view as" beneath them." I used to enjoy...."Helping people".... Now Im just starting to feel that the world is becoming to populated with these.... mentally ill/spiritually empty sick people. These kinds of people need FAR MORE HELP than I can give them. 👋Chow.

Interresting....my situation is a bit different. My 69 yo GF is retired and I work from home in the film industry, where a 60hr work week is expected. I wish I could afford office space, as I am CONSTANTLY being interrupted during the day. I’ve taken to spending 2-4 hrs at dinner watching a movie or 2 eps of a series, then working till 3-4AM or whenever my body gives out just to have some uninterrupted creative flow, but I’m less productive in the wee hours. Tried boundaries… they work for a day at most. She claims she is trying hard not to interrupt, but it does’t feel like it from here.

I like where I work. And you're wrong about the level of violence. The domestic violence has gone up because women have nowhere to go. They cannot escape tr abusive men. Porn usage also went up because men simply cannot figure out what to do with themselves when they have free time...
