Lowkey I ran across one of your videos and loved it. Then clicked on the videos page and expected a ton of vids. To only see 17. I am astonished at the immense value you're providing in such a short amount of time. If you've been on the fence about how prolific and frequency of your releases...don't be. This content is amazing and I believe you should drop as many as possible as fast as possible. Your perspective is unique. Thank you for what you're doing. Off of that one video "how to run" it led me to "getting ahead of 99%" and it made the dots in my head click. My apologies for the long post, but it's helped me damn near instantly and set me down a proper path. Again, thank you.

Sometimes it can be hard to get the time in when working a full time job - But I already recorded the next two videos, so hopefully I’ll get a new video out next week and then I expect to get on a weekly upload schedule asap. wait 10hours of sleep is better than 7? Or it depends?

Depends on what you're optimizing for. For training purposes and for elite athletes you want more sleep due to a higher demand for muscle repair and development of new neural pathways. For general health, Matthew Walker (one of the key experts on in the field of sleep) recommends a minimum of 7.
