What is the name of that sea today? I'm interested in looking it up on a map

that is the Gulf of Aqaba. In ancient times that was also included in being the Red Sea or the Yom Suph

The crossing site where the sea was parted is most likely the beach at Neweba on the Gulf of Aqaba

@@ProjectTruthMinistries wow! It’s 6k ft deep?? Puts into perspective how incredible the crossing must have been. Also there’s lots of articles now about seismic activity there. They say a great shift occurred there 500 years ago. But I wonder if the origin of the seismic activity could have been more like 3,500 years ago…

@@ConciseCabbage At the crossing site it is 300 feet deep. North of the crossing site it drops off to 800 feet deep and south of the crossing site it drops off to 1,000 feet deep. Not 6k at the crossing site but still very impressive.
