As a kid I didn’t notice the weirdness of the animation style but I do remember a poem about dealing with the experiences that come to you in life and how you deal with them. Didn’t recall it being specifically about depression but it was the same episode where her brother looks after maggots to torment people with and then gets his comeuppance when they all turn into flies. It was the only episode of the show I actually remember but the show in general always stuck with me. My childhood has a lot of feelings I remember from watching shows but my memories of the shows themselves aren’t always very vivid.
