That's how it was in the 90s..... these young cats these days have no clue how it was before. Ordering a song on the box waiting at the tv for ot to come. Watching MTV. Bumping the radio..... copying cassettes...... now we got youtube and spotify..... they are spoiled.... 40 bucks for a new cd bro...... 😂✌️

The reach of The Roots love. Went to see them live in Nottingham, UK in early 2000s after the release of The Tipping Point and bought a T-shirt post show. Wore the T out in Qatar whilst serving and met an American Airman who embraced me with a hug. “Dude, that’s my favourite band, love that you have their T on”. No hello, no intro, just Roots love.

When it comes to the roots, they do not get enough recognition for me.... Do you people really listen to the things they say????.... Seriously, If u could even muster a negative comment then that say's a lot about u.... You obviously do not know what real Hip Hop sounds like. What defines Hip Hop now a days needs to be buried alive and never to be heard of again.... Music like this, could change lives and influence.... I am absolutely in love with creativity, and the roots HAVE IT! Go Philly!
