Tips : 1. Homecooked food 2. Dont eat processed food 3. 30 min or 1 hr exercise 4. Sleep on time 5. Limit you screen time 6. Do you favourite activities 7. Eat food with all senses without phone 8. Be happy 9. Habits make you healthy

This video is the bhagawad Gita of living a healthy and long life. I will store this video for ever. There are no short cuts to healthy, fit and long life. Fad diets work only short time but they are not life long (saying this from my Keto diet experience).

Mam you are a genuine person.. The way you explain really shows your dedication and concern towards maintaining good health. You said rightly that never lose weight quickly. On KZbin many videos come with a Title that LOOSE 10 KGS IN 10 DAYS. I am always surprised how these youtubers or the so called dieticians say this. 😅

Mam you are awesome.. The way you speak, so bindass. I like your style... 🫶 Mam recently I gained 15 kgs due to some medical condition, because I was on steroids for that.. Could you please give me some tips as my doc didn't advise me to do any physical activity as of now. I was 60 kgs now I am 75 kgs.. and now I am on withdrawal symptoms of steroids too..
