Okay, Ben…in case you see this! LOVE your channel! Bottom line up front: TODAY I decided to eat early to have two meals (instead of my normal one meal) and I ate 4 wonderful eggs and 5 strips of bacon at 1 PM. It is very clear that I won’t eat again today because I am still FULL from the eggs/bacon meal. My intention was to eat two meals a day. I will continue to eat 4 eggs next 30 days, and I will be okay if I don’t eat again. I like the advice “if hungry eat; if not hungry, don’t ear.” My body is healing nicely (as evidence by the constant “nose blowing required” in the last week and going, which I KNOW is detox continuing. BACKGROUND (may skip): I was a 13 year vegan (1998 - 2011). Got so weak in year 2011, did research, and determine I was malnourished. Bought a steak and saw a “cow” and ate it and within a couple of days, energy returned. Then fell back on SAD. Went carnivore Sep 1, 2024. First 90 days lost 21 lbs. Into next 90 days phase. 99% ate ribeye steaks as well as bacon, eggs and butter for variety. Like mostly everyone else who has testified, the BEST, and EASIEST, eating plan I have ever done. I never think about food or next meal; the opposite - I forget to eat because I am not hungry except once a day.

Exact same thing happened to my husband. At age 41 he had to do a heart bye-pass-told that if he didn’t have that procedure he was a walking time bomb. He was put on very high doses of statins. He then changed his diet completely to protein and salad. His cholesterol dropped to around 1.8. But he was advised to remain on the high statin. 13 years later he developed Parkinson’s. I’m convinced that the statin led to demyelination which resulted in Parkinson’s 😢

The cholesterol protects your brain just like a liquid Band-Aid. The word Band-Aid came up in this program… Water even protects your brain. You need cholesterol protection for your brain so you don’t come down with dementia or Parkinson’s. You can take Coconut pills for close to a year for your memory to return.

Both my parents took a statin for 30 years because they were told “just in case”. They both died of dementia/alzeimers.

I hate taking my statin drug. But yeah, you get nowhere arguing with a doctor. They won’t hear it. I have a 3-egg omelet for breakfast 365 days a year. The cashier at my grocery store calls me the egg lady! 😁

Statins have been known to cause Alzheimer’s.

Then stop taking it. Dr. Paul Mason did a talk where he said statins are pretty useless and often do more harm than good. Is your doc the one who has to deal with the effects of taking a statin, such as pain and Alzheimer’s?

Nobody’s forcing you to take it!! Have courage and stop taking it, like I did. My doctor doesn’t even discuss it with me anymore because she knows it’ll do no good. You’re paying the doctor- you’re the customer, so you can decline. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I would first get a full panel of all the labs mentioned in this video to know for sure if you are even at risk of heart disease, and then go from there. Often times, doctors prescribe statins when cholesterol and ldl is high, but that might not be a problem. Gotta look at the full picture of labs I presented at the end of this video!

Appreciated "CELL MEMBRANE" info.. It's halfway thru, and to be honest, 15 min is usually my attention span, so 30+ min clip was pushing it for me.. but I wanted to watch to end because you hinted at the info that was going to come. I wish I was different.. But I'm not alone. I was wondering if a very short bit of info at beginning to tell all the very good info that's coming in the clips? Hyper-responders, I'm also one. I'm also going to download and rewatch this one.

Eating nine eggs per day. Lately poach them in 125g of butter. Wonder what happens to excessive fat that you eat when your gall bladder runs out of bile.😮

I had severe and painful osteoporosis, extreme stress, I was always angry, difficult to speak etc, when 54 years. Left Finnish grains for 8 weeks, took butter although I feared death. I got the best surprise of my life. all the pain and stress gone. I ate some Finnish organic eggs only, I am not sure they are as healthy as raw cheese which I can use daily. I train 20 min HIIT every week, pull ups, etc. about 1 1/ 2 year ago I ate little more organic eggs than usually 1 day before my HIIT. first pull ups, my pulse went to 148, usually it is about 105 and lowers quickly to about 94 before next pull up. With eggs my pulse did not lower at all, I looked at my Apple Watch, is it broken?. I read a column from an egg producer that in Finland the non organic and organic chickens are fed the same so called food. Maybe eggs are better some where else, hope so.

Hi. Does taking ox bile replace bile for people without a gallbladder? If so, how. Much?
@Honeygram4444
@Honeygram4444 11 күн бұрын
I used ox bile for a short period of time while getting fat adapted. I learned a few things the hard way but once I figured out that I cannot drink while eating high fat, it made all the difference in the world! I drink about 30-60 minutes before eating and an hour or two after eating. If I get really thirsty, small sips are all I will drink and I have zero problems now with no oxbile! Without your gallbladder, you just need to listen to your body and experiment…..you will adapt!

Thanks Ben! I love it with just quality sea salt and sometimes a dash of turmeric or garlic powder for variety. I did the 14 egg a day plan for 7 days by the way and I lost 6 stubborn pounds of fat. Admittedly I fell short of 14 eggs per day most days BUT felt totally satisfied throughout the process. I enjoy the way I can shift my fasting slightly and my choice of foods to get the results I want, all while eating such satisfying protein rich meals. I’ve done it all from raw vegan to omnivore and “heart healthy” and this way is GOLD. Great content Ben 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽

Yes, 3 or 4 eggs a day. But take them raw. Heat degrades their enzymes. I've done this for decades. So did the oldest living woman in the world who died at 119 a few years ago. She had done this from age 19. Plus how could anyone eat cooked eggs every day without getting sick of them?

What if someone has know atherosclerosis with cAC score of 400, CT angio showing some narrowing and blood pressure medication required to be normotensive. Normal BMI, low carb lifestyle, no smoking, blood glucose & A1C normal…. will low dose statin offer any benefits? I can never get a straight answer, please 😊
