Only juice i drink are fruits that i squeeze to drink. The only four i drink is pineapple, orange, grapefruit and watermelon. Every other fruit i eat but watermelon i will eat that also.

We are not suppose to eat anything just drink water and make sure its purified NOT. I never heard anyone say these foods were superfoods

It is all Marketing! Also be aware of Close Out items in the Health Food section of your Grocery store! There's a reason that they're taking them out of Inventory The only Salad dressing for me is Olive oil and Lemon 🍋 Juice!

High sodium and fat that turns into LDL. Have personal experience. Skip processed meats and cheese and your blood pressure and LDL goes down like magic. That's after I mastered avoiding sugar. Still do full fat Greek yogurt with berries and chia seed most days. Eat minimal red meat.

@Moonlava722, indeed processed foods like lunch meats can be high in sodium and harmful additives. Always plan for fresh, whole foods whenever possible! Keep watching for more tips.
