Hey, Tim, your resets are really great, I use it on the circuit trainer pro app on my phone, I will definately buy your book. Being in my fifties I felt the need to restructure my physical training routines to more mobility and flexibility. I basically have to undo all of the years of training wrong and your training discipline is the perfect addition.

how would it be if I tried it on the stairmaster machine

Marcus Taylor I am unsure. I think the contra-lateral rhythm - if it is attainable on a stairmaster would be very beneficial, but I don't know that the same level of reach and stretch would be achievable on a stairmaster. Would love to know what you discover if you try it. Thanks for watching!

They call reset a kind of exercise that reverse the effect of our daily bad postures, like crouching, hunching or sitting, kind of when computers used to freeze and you had to push the reset button to get back to normal.
