If you liked the content leave a like, comment and share. I am always looking to improve so any feedback is appreciated. Also yes there would be this quacked implication that were in some way we are fighting on/with in the moon when it comes to the Shadowlands. Just figured I clarify that strange point 😅

Great video as always. Lol it's been one of the most interesting things to me for years - what IS the Sunwell and how was it created? I'm actually very curious to learn the same thing about the Well of Eternity (I'm 100% sure the myth of its origination in the chronicles is remotely far from truth, and is rather just an arrogant titan's POV) but after searching on it and... well, apparently it had just been there and that's all there is to it besides the stuff from chronicles, which I once again don't think are the truth. If the planet was supposed to be a prison (either for Azeroth the Titan's containment, or either possibly N Zoth's), I think it, being the well of eternity, could very well be somewhat of an entrance they were put inside through, and Y'shaarj had coincidentally been somewhat of a cork. Come to think of this too - Deathwing was supposed to 'free' N'zoth from the captivity, why then had the final battle taken place directly at the Maelstrom? Thanks for the video as always. I'm gonna post my other thoughts on this on the discord later when I have time. Looking forward to new videos.

Thank you and that is the question about Well. Was it there before Ysharrj. With the way the Old gods where and the fact C'thunn and Yog were practically on places that became major places of interest after fall, I agree there is a very good chance something was there before. The question is what?

Hey Etch! What do you think of recent role revelations? By recent I mean literally everything about the beta and Ion's interviews lol. The cosmology map seems to be a much simpler concept than we've been thinking. Also the Jailer seems to be some kind of Elune's former buddy, and as the "thing" in Arbiter's chest is apparently his. Does that basically mean that Jailer is Anshe at the moment?

I definitely considered that to be the case originally, especially with the eternal palace. But at the same time something that was made pretty clear was the titans are supposed to be immune to the influence of the shadow. And OK I know Sargarus is a fallen titan however at the same time if he was corruptible then I figure they would had turned him to the Shadow by the time we saw him.

High rn and like what if the Jailer is Part of the Order Titan Pantheon (a good guy) and the Pantheon of Death (leaders of the shadowlands) somehow defeated and took the Jailer and his Core to power their realm?? Now the Jailer is trying to get out and break free?? or maybe the Jailer was an ex titan who turned like Sargeras but he had so much power they had to jail him at his own real and the leaders of the showdow lands are the keepers mainting the cycle of life.

Just a wild idea, regarding the orb... and I wonder why it didn't click in me sooner. Maybe the orb is the Eye of Odyn... like, we know he gave it away to a mysterious shadow from SL (I still think it was Mueh'zala), and we also know it will have a role to play. Maybe that eye was used by the Jailer to bypass the obelisk in the Maw? It responded to HoA and Odyn's eye pressumably has the same/similar power within it. Bypass the obelisk - by putting it inside himself (hence the hole)-, shove it into the Arbitter to deactivate her (possibly a bit later), return and wait. Either for the shattering of Soulcage, for Helya's death (which freed Odyn) or for something else.

I am thinking what broke the machine may not be anything that happened on Azeroth. It was never stated that it was an event during the Legion timeline, just that is when the machine broke. I think it was something that happened exclusively in the Shadowlands. A big reason I think this, is that it brings up an interesting question if it was an event in Legion. Why did this event on 1 planet break the machine that works off of souls from near infinite worlds, planets etc? If only Azeroth souls started to go there only then it could be something involving Azeroth, but I think it was most likely Mueh'zala and Denathrius that ended up breaking it. It is hinted at the Mueh'zala may have intervened in the Broken Shore scenario to make sure Vol'jin got killed, so his meddling isn't too far fetched. And he is serving the Jailer. I really think that they mean it literally that the machine broke sometime during Legion, but it wasn't anything we were a part of or witnessed. Just my thoughts on the subject of what broke it.

@@HavocHounds1988 You have pretty much summarised my resentment to the initial "Teldrassil and deaths of so many Night leves is what broke it" mood in the community since the reveal, altho at the time I believed 4+2 covennants was Azeorthian only afterlifes. Arbitter is used to way more stuff than that. BUT. I've tried to whittle it down a little bit, and it was possibly a sequence of events involving something on Azeroth - I don't remember the quote on 100%, but I believe it went as "it broke in Legion", not "during Legion" or "while we were dealing with the Legion", so to me it implies it's really something we have seen on screen. Or, at least a part of it. Because as far as we know, the stuff titans did on Azeroth is truly special, because nowhere else was the need for stuff like titan keepers and such. (Also, a thing I have still a problem putting on the right place in here, altho I think it fits somewhere, "The lord of ravens will turn the key.") The sequence of events could have go like this: [something happened which put the SL into the state it is now] -> Jailer is angry -> Odyn hates the idea of dragon aspects, lifts up Halls of Valor and F-s off into distance -> He gets an idea to do a seance -> Jailor senses the ritual, especially the energy of the one doing it, as I stated in comment above, the relic of the 1st ones reponds to energies of HoA, Odyn should contain at least a trace amount of it -> Jailer sends "someone on the outside" to talk to Odyn and get the said trace amount of Azeroth's energy, Odyn poeticly gives up his eye -> Odyn gets the idea of Valkyr, rapes Helya and puts her into the state of inbetween -> Helya is mad, Loken gives her idea of revenge -> Jailer hits up Helya and puts another piece of the domino puzzle in place, the "curse" that binded Odyn into the halls of Valor empowered the eye in some way -> Jailer makes sure the eye finds it way to the Arbitter -> Jailer waits, we kill Helya, which breaks the spell binding Odyn and activates the eye -> Activation of the eye, maybe leading to a release of Azerothian energy within the Arbitter, is what overloads her brain -> everything goes directly to the Maw, possibly the natural destination of souls. The other possibility I am playing with, and it started as a joke, is that the Arbitter was broken by the breaking of Soulcage. The Soulcage released a certain soul, or at least a part of it, a soul which would either be difficult to sort (Illidan, we know Helya had him in possesion ---SOMEHOW---) or it was previously condemned to the Maw, but maybe unjustly (good part of Arthas). Illidan did some really nasty things, but a) he is the child of Light and Shadow, that's a clusterfuck on it's own and b) all those nasty things were in the sense of "greater good". Arthas was pretty much evil, but that part of his, that part which appeared as a kid, that part was uncorupted, untouched... it ended up in the Maw with the rest of him. Or, just coming to think of it, this brainfreeze could have been achieved by death of Argus as well, either literally Argus coming in front of the Arbitter, option 1) he is not even supposed to be there, so the F? or option 2) yes, he wanted to "end it all", but did he do it out of his choice, or was he forced?. Or the other way around, following the logic of Azeroth's energy, it could have been done by the Stab, which released part of Azeorth's soul and it's energy reached the Shadowlands, went to the Arbitter and it literally short-circuited her. Think of it as too much electricity for her wires.

@@chaoslance4959 I doubt Titan souls go to the Shadowlands, they are not mortals. They probably go to where beings of the Arcane go when they die. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rnmpinqZh7uLlaM he says it happened around the Legion time and that this is what Sylvanas recognized and had a hand in. Nothing saying it was specific to an event or events on Azeroth. As one person pointed out on MMO Champion, the Legion has been known to destroy entire planets, and if that huge influx of souls didn't break it, I doubt something on Azeroth would be enough to break the whole machine. It was something more I feel. She helped in funneling more souls into the Maw to strengthen the Jailer, but she most likely didn't do anything that helped break it.

@@HavocHounds1988 That's my point. It definetly didn't occur naturaly, so IF Argus showed up (most likely by whatever Sargeras did to him), Arbitter could have just lost her.. well, shit. EDIT: typo
