Milk, dairy causes dark circles. Try removing it and you will see amazing results. My 9 year old had dark circles. Made no sense to me, took her to all kinds of doctors. Finally, my friend who practices Nutrition Response Testing told me, “Try removing dairy from her diet. I think the dark circles will go away.” Immediately, the circles went away. I was amazed.

Great information. I am a licensed esthetcian, most of my clients are over 55. I've recommended cool tea bags to relieve congestion. I use the Celluma in the treatment room. Personally I am comfortable under the Celluma w/o goggles but my clients want the googles. Watching from northern California

I use the Lumify eye cleanser, the lash and brow serum and on the second tube of eye cream as well as the drop for whitening. All of them have been quite helpful to the feel and look of my eye area. Earth Therapeutics recover eye patches are also so nice and cool and brighten and help with inflammation

Vitamin K Cream - it’s inexpensive and works very quickly. I used it for years. I think my dark circles were literally like bruises. Somehow I would leak blood under my eyes and I looked like I had black eyes. The Vitamin K cream is used to clear bruising so it worked rapidly. I’d dab it on my eyes every few hours and I’d notice a difference within 12 hours. I could clear the dark circles in 24 hours.

Thank you for this topic! I've learned so much about eye care from your channel. I've suspected chronic sinusitis for my dark under eyes and saline and heat have helped. How do i use my Omnilux face mask on my eyes? I have MGD and hope to get those expressed later this year.
@DoctorEyeHealth15 күн бұрын
The omnilux face mask is sold as a option for acne as well as skin rejuvination. I have not used it myself but it was recommended to me by a few dermatologists as a good brand.

Great Video. The topic of Myopia came up, and I'm curious as to what you think about Active Focus. Have any of you tried it out yourself?
@moomanchu60817 күн бұрын
Active focus only helps you relax your accommodation. Which can falsely increase your prescription. Point is, just remember to take breaks and consider used a computer prescription to help relax your eyes more

@@moomanchu608 (Sent this in my notification replies layout, but the comment didn't seem to update on the video. I'll post it again just in case) -> Duly noted. Although the ciliary muscles relaxing, results in a shift in the eyeball's shape as well. The fact is, this method is rarely tried out by most people with refractive crutches. Moreover, I don't see many cases of people trying Active Focus getting higher "prescriptions", yet the opposite is true for nearly everybody who gets eyeglasses for distance. Most of them end up wearing these devices for up close use as well, and the cycle of dependency continues. I commented this a while back, but I'll post it again here for future readers if they want to check out these links that I compiled on this information. I think active focus is incorrect and the guy who is selling it does not fully understand what he is talking about. I do plan on doing a video before the year is out going much more in depth on eye muscles, myopia and the risk of "eye exercises" when you do things without knowledge or proper diagnosis/guidance.

@@DoctorEyeHealth I understand, although I respectfully disagree given that: 1. He is not "selling" anything but a shift in visual habits and letting people know about a phenomenon our eyes can perform and learn (Active Focus) 2. By your conclusion, all the reports of success by Jake Steiner (The guy who made the term more Mainstream in the eyeball community) and the people enacting this from their own end, are all lying. The best way to test this out would be to try it out for yourself and see if this phenomenon works. 3. The point of Active Focus isn't just about "eye exercises", but a change in visual habits throughout your life. I'll post some links here further clarifying the info that I compiled on this topic of visual habit shifts, and why refractive errors in the eyes occur:. 4. There are vision therapists, such as Dr. Sam Berne, who are helping people improve and change their eyesight through enacting these visual habit shifts. I have glaucoma, dry eye and MGD and I have been using latanaprost (now monoprost) for years and had tear troughs with dark circles (slight but noticeable). IPL is not readily available here in the Netherlands but my skin care provider offered and injectible called LumiEyes - NOT a filler - which my eye doctor said seems safe. Great immediate results and six months later I am still very happy with the results. I do also use the Celluma on my face occasionally (so hard to find 30 minutes to have eyes closed!). I do not wear goggles as I want my lids to be exposed to the red light. Even with closed eyes this light is very very bright... Is this OK?
