I liked when she said, "And I thought I knew how to decorate!". ha ha I know the feeling!

One of the best, most important things I've ever heard you say is when one's home is on the market, it's no longer one's home. It's the potential buyer's home.

I wouldn’t live on a road like that. I have animals, and even though I don’t let them out on their own, I would fear they would lip out and get hit. Plus, it looks as if rush hour traffic would make getting home or going out then a nightmare. Oh, and “owl based clutter!”😂

Nearly every house in my area that is on a busy street like that, has a half circle driveway in front. It's the only way to make it practical for the resident to get in and out easily. For sure it needed updated fridge and stove. The clunkers weren't cutting it.

The fact that they are holding out for more money just shows greed and contempt for the people and the effort they put in. It’s despicable how greedy the middle class and up have become in the housing market. And these two women show that greed in bucket loads.

These two women are very GREEDY. They should have taken the offer that was a little less than the asking price. Wonder if it ever sold, and if so, for how much.

Good to see they repainted. They had Every room painted white, that would drive me crazy!!!

The road, the kitchen and the clutter are all problems. Paint will never fix this kitchen! The backyard is not a problem. They need to negotiate and take the best offer!

The upscale buyers they're after will want a larger kitchen, where you don't have to have the refrigerator right next to the stove. And it might help if they replaced that ancient stove. It's an eyesore.

Wait.. the mirrored dining room was a great idea? In the other 2 houses with mirrored dining rooms you said it was tacky and outdated.

The curb appeal is terrific, the kitchen is the weakest part of the house

They do come across as greedy...

I wonder how much "a little less than the asking price" is. If it was really just a little, they should have jumped on it. I wonder how much it eventually sold for.
@susananderson10713 жыл бұрын
Maybe they couldn't afford to take the lower price. They have invested a lot into it.

Of course, who would like to buy a house on such a busy street!

I think that front garden should have been tackled, plants could have soften that expossed look. Be blessed

I'm thinking they probably put so much into it they couldn't afford any less... could be reasons we don't know.. I mean they did spend 90,000$, almost a 1/4 of the asking price to do renovations... that's a huge chunk of total price...

WOW U GUYS ARE AMAZING,U GUYS MAKE A GREAT TEAM GUD LUCK ON SELLING THE HOUSE GUYS!!!WHICH I'm pretty sure u won't need it cus AS U CAN C IT CAN NOW SELL ITSELF!!!!!!!A.M.A.Z.I.N.G
@jennetteslade34443 жыл бұрын
Not a bad looking house but even with the renovations it's not worth over a half million dollars, though they spent $90,000 they should take off $25,000 for the busy noisy street

How come each time I see a radiator in each home. It never has a cover? Very big thing here in the states. (US)
@icaliver4 жыл бұрын
How much did they invest in those renovations? Most likely they wanted the money they put into it back which I’m surprised those developers of the McMansion didn’t just buy it to knock it down.

Makeover is nice, beautiful but not worth the price especially the NO GRANITE, APPLIANCES are OLD, front has no curb appeal. Not worth over half mil on busy street, mid-max high 400k,
@scarletribbons68918 жыл бұрын
What she did to the dining room mirror made it look even worse. Mirrored walls are so 70s - she should've just got rid of it entirely rather than draw attention to it with that ugly (definitely not 'chic') frame.

Hang up a few posters of Sofie wearing only a g-string and a smile.
