EMS is an innovative and extremely effective way to train the body to achieve visible results in a minimum of time. The technology was developed for the space industry in the 50s. In 2008, German engineers adapted the technology for professional sports. EMS training began to be used to prepare athletes for the Olympic Games. During EMS training, more than 90% of the muscles of the body, including deep muscles, work, blood circulation improves, metabolism is activated, and the body's regeneration is enhanced. EMS classes are held with high intensity, therefore, only 20 minutes is enough for a full-fledged workout, a feeling of lightness and vigor. It will take a minimum of 2 hours to achieve similar results in the gym.
