JNUXIANG KANG Anyone that’s 6’9 should dominate Highschool. Easily, you have no excuse if you’re that big. That should be a guaranteed D1 scholarship full ride. If you didn’t go D1 and you’re that big you honestly should find something else to do.
@PLO7024 жыл бұрын
Black. Well I’m 6’9 and I am dominating my high school league as a forward. That doesn’t means I don’t need to do anything on top of being tall.

Just a suggestion, consider swapping out the upright rows for face pulls or anything that works on externally rotating the shoulder. While you're right when you said shoulder exercises can prevent injury, upright rows put your shoulders in a compromised position, internal rotation, that may actually contribute to future injury.

People act like being tall gives you a scholarship when theres hundreds/thousands of tall/ people with great genetics who dont even go d1. It requires work to succeed in d1/nba Edit: There are shorter people who have to work twice as hard as taller people to grt to the same spot but many times tall people still have to work. To sum it up imo you shouldnt judge how hard people work if you didnt see it, some people are naturally great and havr to put in some work while others put in countless hours to be great.
