Want a cure for neuropathy - quit eating sugary foods for 60 days and see what happens - it worked for me and it could work for you. I cut out all pies, ice cream, doughnuts, Little Debbies etc... I did this cuz my A1C test reveal I had pre-diabetes. at around 60 days into this sugar free diet(well almost sugar free) and my neuropathy pains went away by 90%. Plus I lost 8 pounds and I feel better and I sleep better and it didn't cost me a dime - it actually saved me money - and the pains are almost totally gone. Thank God. Try it and see. I also went down 0.3 points on my next A1C test.

Thank you for your concern. my sugar has been borderline since 2018 And already in 2020 I was diagnosed with neuropathy, my legs are a little numb, and it bothers me, I feel a decrease in general sensation throughout my body. Very frustrating I have only recently started a low-carb diet and I have a continuous glucose monitor. My A1C levels were constantly between 5.7-60 Now I decided to lower them to 5.0 And I exercise, I hope that this together with supplements will really help I realized that it is easy to roll back neuropathy in just the first year. It has already been 4 years for me, so it seems difficult. I hope to succeed. By the way, I was diagnosed with celiac disease a year ago and I didn't even know it. I also suspect that I may have autoimmune diabetes of the Lada or Moody type This is under medical examination. Health to everyone.

Dr. Tom, I can’t tell how you how much I appreciate this excellent power point presentation and all the thorough studies you have done regarding neuropathy. I don’t think I would’ve gotten all this information in one doctors visit which is why a lot of us patient’s are left feeling uneducated at times and left in the dark when leaving doctors office’s. I realize we have our own studies to do as well, but not everyone is capable. I also appreciate all the tidbits of information you explain in between, I can tell you are passionate about your work and this truly is your calling. I am left feeling very satisfied after watching your presentation. Again, thank you so much, Dr. Tom!

I don't know if you can awnser this question but I had surgery done for torn carliges 6 mths later I started having problems with certain foods I was eating it was flaring it up so I went to the orthopedics Dr he said you have Neuric nerve pain from the surgery I thought I was diabetic cause of the systoms I was having thank goodness it came back negative, he told me the nerves most likely want regerate, so I went to a spine Dr he said your nerves will regerate, but they take anywhere from 1 to 2 yrs to regerate, and said they don't cut the nerves with this kinda surgery and added on and said if you damaged your nerves in a accident for like a example a motor vechile accident then no the nerves will not regerate cause there damage when they do this type of surgery for carliges the nerves get hit in there , nerves regerate as long as there's fibers to connect back to grow. It's been 4 mths now still having Neuric nerve pain, and when I stand on feet after 20 min they start to hurt in pain and turn a little purple with pinkish. I'm really confused hope the nerves regerate

@Francis J Fichera -- I'm the same age, my feet were killing me, plus big toe and fingertips... After listening to these videos, I stopped eating my daily morning banana and other sweet ripe berries, I also stopped potatoes (both sweet and white) rice, bread, fruit juices... I added magnesium supplements and other vitamins -- my feet, bunion-big-toe and fingers have stop aching. I'm still shocked to learn that I was suffering unnecessarily because of particular foods/fruits I was eating and lack of magnesium, Vit D... Thanks Doc, you've helped me.

@DrTomBiernacki Жыл бұрын
Great catch, that should be removed, B12 only made by micro-organisms in gi tract, only fortified cereals are a source of this for vegans. I do go over this in detail in my B12 video, but let it slip here. Amazing attention to detail!
