Same, it was a canon event for me and my best friends. It created the same level of nostalgia as the mainline games except multiplayer mode so I get to experience it with my friends.

I played and loved the original Pokémon Rumble on the Wii. I remember I could send a Pokémon into my Wii Remote and bring it to my friends house to use my own Pokémon to battle. The mechanics are repetitive, yes, but extremely addictive. I wish they would make one for the Switch.

I have so many memories playing Pokemon Rumble Blast, actually having so much fun catching all the legendary pokemon (which surprisingly was a tremendously hard task), and the story wasn't perfect but surely entertaining enough to get you through. I really hope they bring back this series, while going back to a strong story-oriented game that pushes forward this niche spinoff serie

I played PokePark and Pokemon Rumble growing up, so for me they're both 10/10s. That being said, it was definitely a reality check seeing those two at the bottom of the poll lol. They're both a great series of games!!

You can hack the microtransactions out of Rumble World. There’s a save tool that you can use to set the “bought diamonds” to 3000 and never worry about it again.

The free version in the 3DS was my introduction to the series. I liked it well enough, but never got too into it other than idle, once-a-day play because of the wait times. It was neat to hear about the other entries in the series!

Man, I remember Pokémon rumble world and it was my entire childhood. My dad bought me the physical version and I only discovered today that it had micro transactions, because the game just threw diamonds at you like they were nothing, and I would use them any chance I got. I’m pretty sure that I have 10,000+ diamonds and bought the Diamond farm

It’s a shame people didn’t buy these games. My first game in the series was Rumble Blast that I got for Christmas and I absolutely loved it. I went on to spend a lot of time in Pokémon Rumble World and I then bought a Wii U to buy Rumble U just before the Wii U shop closed. I want another game so bad but I think the lack of appreciation for this series has killed it. I’d be so happy if we ever got an announcement for a new game on Pokémon Day. PokéPark was also a great series but imo isn’t as good as Rumble.

I loved the Pokémon Rumble games, specifically the oh Rumble on the Wii, and Rumble Blast. I feel like it could sell way better if they brought it back and made it a free game like the one on the 3ds, but show it in a Pokémon presents and release it the same day so people have something to play immediately after a Pokémon presents.

This is Pokepark slander. The gameplay loop of Pokepark to 100% might be a bit repetitive but it's leagues less tedious than the gameplay loop of Rumble. The variety between any individual Rumble level is almost non-existent. Pokepark has multiple different main ways to befriend Pokemon and over a dozen mini games with a couple being very addictive. Not to mention the amount of changes and improvements between one and two definitely outstrips the changes and improvements between all five Rumble games. Pokepark might be a bit juvenile and simple, but there's ways to make it more difficult for yourself. This is still a good video on the breakdown of the Rumble games, but I just want to express how a series like this lost to it, especially with a free-to-play representative.

Regarding Rumble World, HIGHLY recommend if you ever go back to it to just play it on emulator instead, with a save editor on hand for diamonds. It's probably the only rumble game that completely changes when played on emulator. Being able to bypass the microtransactions and time limits of this game makes it a MUCH better experience imo. In terms of how it compares to the others, I'm not actually sure. But I CAN say that later on, at least to me, it's the most difficult game in the rumble series.

i loved pokemon rumble on the wii so much. i remember as a 7 year old playing the free demo over and over and over again until i saved up enough pocket money to buy a wii shop gift card (my parents were super skeptical about using credit cards online) to finally buy the game and just spent so many hours into playing it. Out of all the spin off series pokemon rumble has a special place in my heart and i still think about it to this day but I also remember how sad i was to have to replace my pokemon because i couldnt level them up.

The only thing that kept me playing rumble u for more than a week was the music. It reused a lot of the same tracks from previous spinoffs, like pokemon channel and hey you pikachu, which stimulated my small feeble brain

You’re a goat for your take on Pokemon Rumble, I’ve been up for a good bit at 5 AM searching for the name of the game (I was probably 4-8 when I had a Wii and I only had the demo which I played over and over again) and it’s literally not on any websites about Wii Pokemon games which is very disappointing as I enjoyed it very much and have many core memories with it 😂

pokemon rumble is my second favorite spin off (maybe tied for 1st, still undicided. conquest is an absolue legend and one of the best pokemon games period) and its sad to see how much hate this side series gets. sometimes its just nice to look at the adorable toy models and just relax and turn your brain off wacking the crap out of everything. to me rumble is just like any other hack and slash and beat em up but pokemon. altho i will say as someone who dislikes most beat em ups its hypocritical of me to like this one but seeing some of my favorite pokemon as bobbleheads is just so funny

I got rumble world for free on 3ds and WOW! I love it! I have gotten to the end FULLY for free. IT is super fun! The ONLY THING I WISH is for shiny pokemon. I love hunting shinies but rumble 1 on the wii is the only one with shinies. For interested people, absolblogs created a mod for it that adds all gen pokemon up to 6(I believe) and they all can be shiny so he does a rumble weekend to try and find as many shinies as possible that weekend. super fun.

6:02 For people who still play this game in 2023 or are curious, If you want to erase a save file, you have to hold A, B, Y, X while the game is starting. It's somewhat easy to do when you know about it but I wish it could've been a simple list of commands like in The Elder Scrolls. Also, the only reason I knew that is because I looked it up. (That was years ago)

Rumble Blast was peak. I got it in holiday 2011, despite not having a 3DS. My mother forced my older brother to let me borrow his so I could play it. I've easily sunk over 100 hours into it. Lord knows I never beat Battle Royale EX6 though.

Rumble rush was just bad because it was ONLY limited time events, zero permanant content, and every new event meant all your previous pokemon were completely unusable, not to mention how they gutted the already barebones mechanics to make a game that literally played itself

So I bought Rumble Blast on the 3DS because I LOVED the visuals. The idea seemed cool too, much MUCH better than Amibo imo. But then... not toys? Huge opportunity missed (took them way too long to release them). As for the games, I absolutely hated how counter intuitive it was to every pokemon franchise ever. Friendship. Your pokemon are your friends, develop bonds with them. I never really did LOL. But the core principle was shattered and killed my enjoyment. Especially after I found a pokemon with attacks I liked, bought them a move from the gatcha thing. In the next level they were outclassed.

Pokémon rumble is fun for the same reason Diablo is fun. It’s just fun to beat down hoards of enemies and get progressively stronger and stronger so you can beat more enemies more efficiently. When you get to the end game with five star moves and outrageous + or ++ traits on your Pokémon the feeling is euphoric.
