It was an unusual outburst for a classical music concert: an audience member shouted out "Wow!" at the very end of Mozart's "Masonic Funeral Music," performed by the Handel and Haydn Society in Boston. The group's president and CEO, David Snead, was determined to find out who had broken audience protocol in such a forthright way. The answer to his query proved very surprising, as Steve Hartman discovered.

I burst into tears with this. Thank you so much for bringing these wonderful stories to us via KZbin. I no longer have TV and the only thing I’ve missed is Sunday Morning uplifting segments. I’m 70 years old and have watched them longer than I can remember. I never comment but this one touched my heart so much. Thank you again for highlighting positive events, when most of the news focuses on so much negativity. I really enjoyed your episode in which you showed your partnership with Good News Network.
