I didn't want to rebuild and the game was consuming to much of my time as it was. I left, it was hard because I liked the group I was in, I miss them more than the game. To your question I'm thinking it was around 9 months.

Hey, could you make a video about how to join rallies? More precisely about what affects wounde etc? For example: Does EVERYONE get the buffs of the attacking general? Like is there a difference if I join a rally with all my t10 cavs and a low cleo or all my t10 cavs and my own cav general? Thanks for your videos btw.

I might do this in an FAQ video. Wounded depends on your own stats. Your troops are affected by YOUR stats, not the attacker. You only see the attacker's buffs, but they don't apply to your troops. Evony could definitely upgrade their battle reports.

I recently unlocked Celtic Demon. I was thinking of using the dragon with Elise. But is there such thing as a “ground troop dragon” that’s obtainable to typical players that would be a better suit for Elise? The range attack skill seems better suited for a range general. epic as always miser , i've been waiting on that one for a while , i was gonna hold off on getting a drag till i get to K32 but now that i know that there's a daily limit to upgrading it , better get it started now so i can make use of the time. Question, about SVS , is there a way to carry someone ? if you have a K30 who's not all that strong , and a coupla K35 that can flush everyone , is there a way to give that K30 enough points to rank top 5 for a wonder or am i just dreaming ?

Not really. =( They can get points by holding temples and throne, but this depends on the power placed in the building which means a lower level player won't get much out of it. It's also very risky. Possibly the best way for a smaller player to get significant points is by doing lightning fast reins if they have a very large embassy. If you can catch people soloing, they (and the reins) should rack up some points. Few people fall for these tactics though. K30 getting top 5 is possible, but not super likely. Even getting 0d many times over would probably be insufficient in an active server.

I have a question about the unique dragon skills. The skill says "Marching Archer attack" for example. Does that include reinforcing other players or buildings as well? It's not an attack, but it's "Marching". How does that work?

Reinforcing would count as in-city. Marching wouldnt apply in that case. It only works on direct attacks.

PVP is one of the upcoming planned series. Increasing buffs will probably go into other series such as generals etc, but those will also be done in the near future. I also plan to talk about % buffs vs +X buffs.

Sure. I think you might find the priority series useful for this. I don't explicitly talk about getting lots of resources, but it is implied. You want to max out resource production as early as possible, and then when you are nearing keep 30, start investing in excellent gathering gear and generals. In-city production alone at keep 30 should be getting you about 1 billion of each resource per month. Any gathering done just increases this amount. Of course, it takes a while to get your buildings to the level where you produce this, but soon resources will be less of an issue for you than speedups.

I wonder what does General Survival rate means... Does it mean your general cannot die when attacking?

Yes, generals have a chance to be killed or captured on failed attacks or defenses. General survival means they won't be killed in battle, but they can still be captured (and executed).

question about refining dragons and gear. with refining, you can get either a percentage increase, (ex: attack increase 13.5%) or a straight number increase, (ex: attack increase +285). is one better than the other? should i always go for the % increase over a straight number? or just pick whichever is closest to the cap?

Great question! It's actually a pretty complicated and depends on the tier and type of the troop. Also depends on the size of your layers and the amount of higher tier troops you have. Another consideration is what kind of players you are fighting against. Here's a quick and very rough guide with the mindset of facing against players with very high debuffs: Cavalry: % always better Siege: number increase better for lower tiers (about 1-11), % better for upper tiers Range: number increase better for lower tiers (about 1-11), % better for upper tiers Ground: number increase better for lower tiers (about 1-11), % better for upper tiers So, defensively...whole numbers might be better if you have big layers or lower tier troops. Offensively, % would be better because you aren't going to be hitting with lower tiers. If your enemy has poor debuffs, % will be better for pretty much everything. Like I said...pretty complicated topic.

At the time, neither general was satisfactory. I wasn't going to invest in a sub-par general when Minamoto became more available. I already had Robert Lee set up as he was one of my earliest generals. I've been using Minamoto for a long time now.

That depends on your buffs and tier level of troops. Experiment to see the max level of boss where you get 0 wounded by sending a full march of your highest tier cavalry. From there, improve your cavalry buffs to make this better.

The graphics of it changed, but the way it works is still the same. You upgrade the quality of the beast with gems, and you feed it experience with experience books.

I'm planning a refinement guide for the generals series. There's no super trick unfortunately. However, I will say that be picky on the first two refines since you get fewer refreshes when you start locking. Then you can be less picky.

When something offers you +100%, it means it doubles the base. +100% is not 100%. So if your dragon has a 40% general survival rate normally, +100% of 40% is 80%. It can still die.

I talk about this in the refining video. Use gems. Gems are much more easily obtainable than badges. Keep your badges for upgrading dragon to ares gear and for unlocking wonder.

How do you get all refining attributes to for example mounted or ranged?

You keep refreshing until you see what you like. When you get the type and the number that you want to keep, you can lock it so it doesnt refresh with the others. The more locks you have increases the cost, so be picky at first.

in about all the tutorials i looked at i see advanced level gamers already at 30 or higher.. i just arrived at 25 and am looking for spirit beast to developpe.. where to find the exp. points to first gain a beast at all.. i cannot find the yt. yet who will cover that..

Exp for spirit beasts will mostly just be from farming bosses. You can upgrade them in the pasture.

I would get to 26 when you can so you can slowly work on Celtic demon. The speeds and resources required arent too bad. 30 is up to you. It's a side project and takes resources and time, but the earlier you unlock the dragon, the more opportunity you have to level it with the excess materials.

Thanks! Dragon gear comes from dragon chests which drop from boss 12 and up. The difficulty depends on your alliance. Some run these bosses constantly, so you could technically start collecting from keep 1. If your alliance does not run bigger bosses, it would be much more difficult.

Thanks! 1) Check the priorities video series for some quick-grow tips. Even if I'm 2 billion, my research, gear, generals, etc is very lacking compared to spenders. There's no getting around that. However, I'm able to be competitive at least. 2) Again, priorities video series is where you should focus your attention. I wouldn't build troops period outside of what you need for gathering. It's a sacrifice, yes, but you will grow MUCH faster making that sacrifice. Focusing entirely on resource production and gathering means you are making long-term investments in your kingdom at the expense of the short term. Focusing on troops means you are making short term investments at the expense of the long term.

I don't think GoM feels very strongly negative or positive about any other alliance on the server. Players in a game are just players in a game. There are 1-2 exceptions about individual players, though.
