Can you give an example of what it means to do interception work? Can you give an example of what a body-based exercise would be in line with the strategy you're talking about? Because I'm confused. I thought going to the gym was a body-based strategy, but you've said that some who go to the gym are just using it as a "way to distract them from symptoms" or a way to "Stay in their head." And how is exercise staying in your head? How does one release stress from the body if not via movement?
