Glad you mentioned Emily Blunt, who I had managed to ignore until seeing her in "Edge of Tomorrow". She had the role of a woman soldier who relives her own death every day over and over. That she was able to convey the effect that would have on someone was very impressive. It would require some thought and empathy and a little creativity too since that's not a situation you get in many parts. Now, when I see her in something, it's easy to see the craft and talent in her work. Pretty too, and not "made-up, dressed-up" pretty but "real woman pretty".

She was being interview by a major Swedish channel and was really mad that the interviewer wanted to do the interview in Swedish and not English (referring to her not speaking Swedish a lot in her daily life anymore). So a lot of people saw that as diva behaviour. I think I agree, it should not come as a surprise to her that Swedish media of course wants to have the interview in Swedish, especially if it's being filmed. But at the same time I find her absolutely magnetic in her movies, as well as really fun in other English-speaking interviews.

Thank God, it reminded me that Rebecca Ferguson is human after all, with both light and darkness within her. Not the perfect, flawless image that (some) fans always dream of but are ready to hate when that person is not what they want.

I saw her on a late night show and thought she might be drunk. 😂 Turns out she‘s just a whole different kind of crazy and I love it. She‘s brilliant.

Dude, the white queen was so underrated. It was actually really good. So sad they didn’t release other seasons for it
