In *ULTIMATE ARMS PROGRAMME* BICEPS CHART is correct but TRICEPS CHART MIXED with BICEPS CHART but INTERNAL EXERCISES OF TRICEPS are CORRECT. so don't mix confused. now I RE-CORRECT it. 1.Barbell Skull Crusher + Barbell Triceps Presses 2.Triceps pushdown 3.Triceps Press machine 4.Dumbbell Overhead Extension Aman Mann -Thanks from team Mann

sir , there is a problem in the chart,shown in starting of the video. first exercise is for tricep and rest of the exercises are of bicep.And the exercises are great . I got amazing results after doing this.

thanks sir, done the 6 week shredded program. My lower belly fat is gone. Now I start MUSCLE SIZE 5*5 and ULTIMATE ARM at a same time. I have a question. I had a large belly and I'm beginner in works out. Can I continue the abs exercise mentioned in 6 WEEK SHREDDED program with these 2???? And thanks for the diet also.
