Arnold said if you workout 3 days you will be the same and maintain yourself, but if you workout 6 days a week your body muscles will improve

I did keto diet and lost 28kgs (101 to 73kgs) in four months with out any physical activity. Now I started work out at home since fifty days. I work out for one to one and half hour, six days a week.

I workout 2 hours a day.. my schedule is Tuesday & friday = chest and triceps Wed. & saturday = back and biceps Thursday & sunday = shoulder and leg Is it a great plan??? I take pre work out and whey protein tooo.. have i to change my plan?? Please cmt below guys

Bro u shouldn't train same muscle workout everyday. Gap is must as it provides recovery of your muscle. Anyways there are alot of programs on his cannel.

# sir meri body naa hi over weight aur naa hi under weight hai middle mein hoon yane ki fit mein regularly 1hour home work out karta hoon included. Push ups, diamond push ups, dips, shoulder, plank, and squats. # sir my question is kya mein week mein regular 5days workout karu phir 2days rest ya phir 1day workout phir 1day rest?
