@@nikhildixit9935 it's always good to keep protein at 1-1.2g/kg of body weight if you're obese and cutting fat. But don't worry too much if you don't hit this number. This recommendation is very important only if you're looking to GROW muscle mass. Protein is very important to GROW muscle size after weight training. Agar aap 60/70/80g protein bhi khaate ho, usse fir bhi aapka muscle grow hoga. 100g khaoge toh shayad thoda aur difference aaye. Bas. In any case, 60g Khao to bhi muscle LOSS nahi hoga. Muscle loss happens only when you eat in extreme calorie deficit like under 1100 or 1000 calories and you starve yourself. AND if you do ZERO exercise. His plan is perfect. 1500-1600 calories with good balance of protein/fats/carbs. And if you follow his workout, you will train your muscles as well 3x/week. Always remember, your body will never lose muscle if you give it a reason to keep muscle. So use your muscle in workouts, tell your body I need these muscles because I'm doing walks and body weight exercises, and you won't see muscle loss :) Key to fat loss is 100% calorie deficit. Even if weight scale shows weight gain or zero weight loss for even 1-2 weeks straight. No problem. Agar aap ye plan follow kar rage ho while being overweight/obese, apka fat loss is GUARANTEED. Even if weight machine doesn't show a change. Wish you all the best!

Sir Main task is to control on Days when there's some occasion, festival, ceremony,party or any celebration. Where you can't tell your Mom to cook separate food for you. What to do on such Days.(Because the food which is cooked on these day doesn't matches with your plan or does disturbs the amount of calories intake) Please answer.👍👍

Hi...guru mann sir...hw have u been? Mai aapki videos 2 saal se dekh rha hoon. Abhi mai aapka obese 60 plan 2month se follow kar rha hoon. Sir, aapka bhot bhot sukriya is plan ko btaane ke liye.. Is plan ko follow karne ke baad abhi tak 2 month me mera 10kg weight kam ho gya hai... Lekin sir abdomen and chest area ka fat waisa hi hai bilkul bhi kam nhi ho rha hai... Mai bhot tension me hoon sir...abdomen I mean belly fat ko kaise khatm kiya jaaye sir sabhi jagah se fat jaa rha hai lekin abdomen and chest fat nhi jaa rha hai... Help me sir... Please reply kijiyega ki mujhe kaun sa plan follow karna chahiye ya kya karna chahiye... Please sir... I will be waiting for ur reply... Please reply asap sir..

Sir I am doing one meal a day method ...... I mostly take a rice bowl .2 roti. dal and sabji in my meal....I am taking l carntine with my meal ....and I am doing gym and cardio regularly for 1and half hour ...+I am taking whey protein protein once after workout can you give me some suggestions about this .I have lost 10 kg in last 2 months..
