The Magnets on Shaft and the Outer insulating Magnets does not need to be in equal numbers, they just need to be in even numbers as , 2 , 6 , 8 etc. , Pin me

It should be smooth start not dhakka start. Try running the motor without esc controller, using alternate circuit with y winding

You can't use 6 magnets because your stator is 6 pole. You have to use 2 more magnets/ 2 less magnets to avoid magnetic locking of the rotor.

I completely give up with my Arduino drone because when i arm it ,, my all motor start defarent speed,i do everything esc calibration another coding but i can't success,,,,,, than i realised my esc was not have microcontroller , than i changed my esc and now my Arduino drone successfully flying well 😊❤❤❤ ,,,, its very stable flying 😃
