@Dr0neshuffler5 жыл бұрын
@@everythingispain8433 I mean it's also Canon based on Sheogorath's appearance in Skyrim that the Hero of Kvatch was a male Imperial. At least the other elder scrolls heroes are ambiguous. The identities of the Vestige, the Forgotten Hero, the Eternal Champion, and the Agent are all left to the imagination. Given... None of them are ever mentioned outside of their respective games either, so... yeah.
@everythingispain84335 жыл бұрын
Dr0neshuffler I think the hero of Kvatch can be left ambiguous simply because a Daedra can take any form he chooses, and he chose to look the same as he always has, even after the hero of Kvatch became him, but yeah I definitely like it better when they leave it vague and have no mention or slight mention in the next game. It’s weird to me that they go through all of the effort of allowing players to create their own characters, some even create their character’s backstory and personality as well, just to be like “oh the Dragonborn, that big husky Nordic dude? He became emperor and everyone loved him the end” like nooo the Dragonborn I created would be a bad emperor that wouldn’t work at all for them lol
@Dr0neshuffler5 жыл бұрын
@@everythingispain8433 Actually, at least from what I understand, his longer hair and lack of facial hair in comparison to his look from Oblivion was more than an art style change. I remember reading somewhere that Sheogorath's look in Skyrim was changed drastically, removing his goatee and lengthening his hair, to emphasize that he is a different being from the Sheogorath in Oblivion. Given, I can't remember where I read that, and I don't remember it explicitly stating that it directly correlated to the canon looks that the Hero of Kvatch had prior to becoming the Mad God. So that may just be my own headcanon. lol.

3:46 "refers to as he" It would be cool if Bethesda could implement the same "world state" mechanic used in the Dragon Age games. Your past choices and character creation elements are carried out to the next game. It would be neat to have especially after Skyrim's Civil War questline where players could make some serious and world changing decisions. I might be nitpicking here but my immersion would brake big time if in ES6 my female elf dragonborn is referred as a nord man or something.
@emlynselene10965 жыл бұрын
As much as I would love this, the elder scrolls shouldn't have this added in when we're in between the 5th and 6th major installments. Also, Season Unending makes a peace treaty between stormcloaks and imperials, and it's main quest. Though it's meant to be temporary (you can break it) it'll likely stay in effect and have a better, more official treaty as the canon for TES:VI.

Oof. My last detail didn't get in. Oh well, I'll say it again, I guess. • When Storn Crag Strider dies, the Skaal village will say their last words to him. Each one has an individual thing to say. • When Delphine leaves to go to Farengar, you can actually see her absense from the Riverwood Inn, her bartender will actually notice this and say "She is out." A cool tiny detail almost nobody would see. • There don't appear to be any ruins or skeletons surrounding Winterhold, supposedly the city collapsed and was eroded away. There aren't any remains, from what I remember. Maybe that can play into some theory about what caused the Great Collapse.
@CrooningWolfEntertainment5 жыл бұрын
Speaking of Delphine, and maybe Nate mentioned this at some point and I missed it, one of his tiny details is that she has a map to the Dragon burial sites (based off the Dragonstone), but says he doesn't know how she got it. She's the one who gives the location of it in the Bleak Falls Barrow to Farengar, and the player can see the two of them meeting after returning from the Barrow, assuming the player didn't pick up the Stone while doing the Claw retrieval quest first

I have some you yet to cover. 1. The mead mixed with juniper berries that Ralof mentions during the opening can be found randomly in locations when you return to Helen. 2. During Unbound, you see imperial mages firing magic at Alduin. This is the only time they appear in the game, so I assume they are cut content. 3. I don't know if this works for other holds, but when I first came to whiterun during one of my playthroughs, I had a imperial light armor set on, and a guard commented about me being a scout. Edit: Yet another. 4. Riverwood is where most people first go. When talking to Alvor the Blacksmith, you can request to help him around the forge, and he'll have you craft an iron dagger, aswell as a hide helmet. Well this quest can be started by talking to any blacksmith in all holds, not just the main cities. Edit: Yet another again. 5. Asking companions what the campanions are after you're harbinger, will reward you with a sarcastic response. (You could possibly get this after just joining, but I only discovered it after I was harbinger.)

Not sure if anyone's mentioned this, but I think the part in The Elder Scrolls Online where the dude mocks Whiterun, saying they'll take anybody as Thane. I think it might be a small reference to the fact that for just about everyone who's played Skyrim, they'd have gone through the main questline and become Thane of Whiterun as a result, meaning they legit took everyone as Thane.
@YaHomieCobalt5 жыл бұрын
Yeah, that's a good reason to make someone Thane. But still, if you think about it, basically EVERY person who's played Skyrim has become Thane of Whiterun because of that in at least one playthrough, which is why I believe the line is a reference to that. Because everyone has done it.

No. Skyrim Main Character is a confirmed Dragonborn at that time and already assisted in killing a dragon. To make him a Thane of your hold is a wise decision that ropes him into your "side" and shows him a lot of goodwill.

During my current playthrough I was actually able to complete the forsworn conspiracy and no one escaped cidhna mine withough finding evidence about Weylin, I spoke to and found evidence about Margret and returned to eltrys and received the gold for the information, I ken found evidence about thonar, and upon returning to the temple of Talos I found eltrys dead surrounded by the gaurds, I was then hauled to cidhna mine as normal, however I never investigated Nepos the nose at any point and subsequently skipped his entire part of the mission ( including the guy who you brawl who is sent by him) so now I can go into Nepos’ house and he is not hostile and has no dialogue option other than the preset interact and respond npc dialogue

I created a new Skyrim account and played through pretty much every questline without dying. Then, I used that floaty mushroom thing in Solstheim and was killed, for the first time, by Lydia knocking me off the top.

Episode 101: "Most folks don't know that the clouds on Skyrim are multiple different shapes, which is a clear reference to real life, in which clouds are known to come in a large variety of shapes!" Jesting aside, I'm actually impressed that you've gathered this much information, and can present such small tidbits of knowledge in an engaging way.

Hopefully you haven't covered this before and I forgot, but when Neloth sends you to kill Ildari there's a part where she appears on a ledge to speak to you then summons minions and runs away. If you can do enough damage from a distance fast enough, you can kill her then instead of during the boss fight later.

there's a detail that pc players can encounter it's that before you get killed in battle inside a city save your game and when you will die delete your last saved game then your game won't load and if you have any friends near the place you die they will say things like ''oh no by the gods this cannot be happening'' and things like that it's a nice detail in my game it was Carlotta she walked up to my body and said ''oh no by the gods this can't be happening i really like this detail

If you look at the Nerevarine's wikia it says that the default character in Morrowind without any player modification is a Dunmer male that's why Neoloth says he.

Actually I’m pretty sure Dinya Balu (is that how you spell it? haha) in Riften in the temple of Mara is also a pregnant character. if I remember correctly you overhear a conversation with her and Maramal about it. And I’m not sure if you’ve already talked about this in 51 episodes, but Hadvar’s line is also funny because in ESO there are giant snakes. So he was right that giant snakes would indeed be next. :)

Or being able to smith fur armor, I mean it is fur and I can make leather from furs, why can't I makes fur armor. And the skyforge has no workbench. How can he be the best blacksmith in skyrim if he has to have Adrienne do all the armor upgrades. And I can mine silver why can't I smith or improve silver swords? Any way enough of my rant. Thanks for all the time and hard work you put into your videos, I always look forward to them.

For the thane of Whiterun part - all of the other holds require you to help so many of their citizens and buy a house. Whiterun is the only one where you literally do one thing that you /have/ to do to continue the main questline, so the "they'll take anybody" bit is SUPER accurate

Hey, how's it going Nate? It's Ronin here and your skyrim 10tiny details lists are extensive. Today I'll be diving into one tiny detail you may have missed in The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim. After the mission Dragon Rising when you are told to report back to Jarl Balgruff that the dragon is dead, if instead of going to whiterun, take the road to honningbrew meadery and you'll see a familiar NPC. Delphine the owner of The Sleeping Giant inn in Riverwood and one of the last remaining Blades will be along that stretch of road heading back to Riverwood after having snuck into dragons reach and made a copy of the Dragonstone that the dragonborn retrieved from bleak falls barrow. It's small and only a minimal interaction but it's nice to see Bethesda took the time to show exactly when Delphine did this. And with that we are going to wrap up, one tiny detail you may have missed in the Elder Scroll V Skyrim. Take care Nate and keep these vids coming 😀
