Hello I am 76 and I began working out with you about three weeks ago. I can see a great improvement in my shoulder mobility. My core is flattening and I am getting much more limber around my waste. I like the chair exercises but I am also able to do the slow kicks at a higher level than before. Thank you for making these great videos to train with. Bless ya'll! 👵👍

in 2 weeks you will harder see results, just start to feel better. to reach the last picture at 0:23 you will need 6 / 8 month of training and wealthy diet and, most of all perseverance, expecially when you will go on you tube and watch video telling you that will get six pacs in 2 weeks sitting on a chair.

@@CARMENCITA2024 Carmen i suggest, to loose side belly or make it more tonic, to do lateral plank. it depend on what result you want to reach, 20x3 daily. that's more side belly focused. of course you will need to eat welthy and balanced with macronutrimend. avoin sugar and flour and reduce fats, like cheese, oil and so on. Just dont' think you can become like the third picture in 2 week, neither with steroids :)

Consistency and I do mine at night before I go to bed so my body can burn for hours. If you have a barrel body it will take time..I am working on a six pack for the rest of this year. Already lost twelve pounds, I'm only eating what God made and my clothes are looser at waist and hips. Just keep going.
