This was perfect , because I've been cutting and pulling deep weeds from removing bushes in my yard, who knew this helped to stretch, been sore as hell!! Thanks Rachel, you see your workouts help in so many ways sweetie!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I loved this. I don't golf, however, this is a great warm up for my back, neck and shoulders that tend to get crunchy after sitting at my desk too long. Thanks Rachel for another great standing workout.

I'm not a golfer, but found these stretches to be great for the upper body. I'm a choral singer, and these will be excellent during a heavy rehearsal week or before and after a concert. Holding a score (in more or less the same place) for an extended period causes "folder shoulder," and this will help avoid discomfort and fatigue.

The notification Sunday morning of your latest video brought a smile to my face. I had gone online 3 days before to look for a video on stretching before playing golf. You must have been reading my mind! Although I was not golfing Sunday, I found this video a great morning stretch and am definitely going to spend time with you before my next golf outing! Hi from Cambodia 🇰🇭 Rachel. Love your workouts 👏 I've never ever played golf ⛳🏌️in my life 😀 This was a fantastic standing warm up workout for ANYBODY wanting to move their bodies. I've got lower back/disc problems ATM so it was awesome to do this after hobbling around on waking up ‼️
