I really enjoy thus stretch class, it gets into all the tight niggly areas in my shoulders and neck particularly....not to challenging on the wrists 😊...thankyou xxx

It is just getting better and better. You are such a beautiful breath of fresh air, Rachel. Ii find that being on the floor is very freeing, getting up is easier, and I no longer feel so limited. I think it is really a good thing to know that we can do that.

Rachel, I just want you to know that I appreciate the refresher on correct Pilates breathing. I do Pilates a couple of times a week, but am not always focussed on the correct breathing while doing more advanced movements. The pace of this session, as well as your guidance, helped me to focus on my breathing throughout the whole workout. Thank you for all you do. I will continue to focus on my core muscles and proper breathing while performing more difficult movements.

Thanks, Rachel! This was good. My tummy was shaking but I was able to finish the movements. I am more mobile in my body. Occasionally, when I am doing the pelvic curl, my hamstrings tend to cramp. How can I alleviate the cramping? A gentle stretch helps me out. You are such a blessing to us!

Wow, that was lovely, especially after doing Friday’s leg shaking standing workout yesterday! Great workout and lots of concentration on the breathing which i often forget to do. Thanks for your constant variety in classes I’ve loved every one since you started at Covid lockdown❣️ My 80 year old body strength, balance,weight & coordination have improved so much. I do a session 5-7 days weekly. 🥰
