Join me for a 15 Minute full body Pilates ring workout using the magic circle. This quick routine will tone the abs, arms, shoulders, legs and glutes and is short enough for you to pop it into your day. It also has some great leg stretches in so do give it a go and come back to it regularly to keep your fitness challenged.
