Join me for a 15 Minute full body Pilates ring workout using the magic circle. This quick routine will tone the abs, arms, shoulders, legs and glutes and is short enough for you to pop it into your day. It also has some great leg stretches in so do give it a go and come back to it regularly to keep your fitness challenged.

Fantastic way to get a great leg stretch which protects my back and was also recommended by my podiatrist as a way of reducing heel pain by really stretching achilles - and it works!! Thank you Rachel for keeping me fit in my 60's. X

This was fun, added to guided breathing mat workout for a strength addition to my Sunday session. Hadn’t done this in awhile, but love Magic Circle, want to use it more! Thanks for all of your wonderful content, you’ve changed so many lives for the better!💛💚💙🧘🏻‍♀️💪🏼🦵🏻👍🏻 ⭕️

This was fun! I don't usually do the 15-minute workouts but it was all I had time for today and it was perfect. I love the Pilates ring, and this was nice after yesterday's more challenging workout.

Hello Marie, if yu are used to working with the ring and have no major issues with your spine, this workout should be ok for Seniors too. Best wishes, Rachel
