I played risk a ton when i was a kid and i demolished my siblings, parents, cousins, and friends to the point where nobody wanted to play it with me anymore. Then i played about 30 games of risk online a couple years ago and was quite humbled. Went 2 and 26. Ive been watching you, vampire chicken and c money for about a year now. Just started playing the game again this week. In the 10 games ive played this week, ive gone 8 and 2. Ranked up from novice to intermediate. Thanks for learnin' me! Fingers crossed i get to intermediate soon

Too bad we dont have the same luck as Pete here. You play the "optimal" actions but because your neighbour is a complete noob and wants you and him to get 5th/6th, you keep getting broken even though you aren't even the strongest player. The game goes just like the first 20 minutes of this game where you have a player who constantly breaks you while players like blue/orange/white are left alone but instead of magenta quitting at the exact moment to save the game, he su's you and demolishes your rank points.

@@desyncer today happened pink broke me and I was black literally was just trying to take the SA bonus so i stacked my troops at North Africa at first turn with 8 troops pink made a 14 stack because he was last a turn and I was first he broke me and got GOD dice with 3 loss i End up coming 3rd but lost a good match to 2 beginners

Blue might have been so slow because of the mobile control. I play on mobile as well, and when I first encountered a Pc player, I was shocked how fast he conquered the territories the difference between the speed on mobile and pc is not even close

I'm a massive fan but I've noticed discrimination against game play styles which you said you don't respect and what you do. Im curious if there's an outlier someone watching vs doing isn't seeing. You said orange was a cap stacker take a card and pass and was hoping you two would hit one another. You do that a lot in your video's so I'm curious why this level of play is considered poor and not worth much of a placement vs when you do it.

It's often the right move if one is playing to win and it's often the wrong move if one is playing to win. So the nature of my criticism depends on if the player taking cards but not impacting the board: A: knows how to address the situation and chooses not to or B: doesn't know how to address the situation and hopes to stay out of trouble for a higher placement. Ultmately the game play I respect the most is the one that both advances the game state and plays to win. The caveat here is the most people do not know how to do this and or in many situations it's impossible to do so, so it's a bit of an ideal.
