I'm telling you way to many people have an unhealthy relationship with the gym and it's mainly because of peer pressure and insecurity... Any diet is realistic. The difference is discipline. Only eat meat, avocado and some fruit. Its pretty realistic to me
@jessica54706 ай бұрын
@mycatsballs8195 there's a lot more factors than discipline, lack of knowledge, lack of resource, I grew up eating purely 100% UPF until I moved out of my parents house, they never taught me any health advice, they'd eat healthy themselves just didn't give a shit when it came to their kids, for a lot of people these days that's their life, I'm lucky I realised that's what was causing all my mental illness and pain and its still a struggle to change, I still eat a lot of UPF and shit but I eat a lot more whole foods now. I agree discipline is a factor and people don't hold themselves accountable enough but there are circumstances in which its understandable one might think they can never better themselves, I live in a really poor area, some people are just fat and lazy, others are on food stamps, there's so many factors

18:00 What I do. I weight the entire container with the lid on, eat however much I want, and weight the container with the lid on again before putting whatever's left away. I'm lactose intolerant, so I don't actually eat ice cream, but I do this with peanut butter, greek yogurt, and pretty much anything that comes in a jar. This way, I eat as much as I want, but I'm sure to notice if I'm getting too far off track. Another little time saver with this is to write the weight of the jar on the jar with a sharpie or something right before you put it away. That way, you don't have to bother weighing it before you eat the next time you take it out. Then, when you weight it and go to put it away the next time, update the weight in sharpie. I use to weight out specific amounts, but that's not fun. What if I want more of x one day and less of y? It's inconvenient to already have amounts prescribed. A lot of work and containers too. A little later, you mention the regular vs diet thing. I always go with regular everything. All these new artificial sweeteners and such... Who knows their long term or true effects. Sugar is a known. I don't go crazy on sugar, but I take/trust it over aspartame, erythritol or whatever.

First, your V back looked good even microwaving oatmeal. Second, you're right about allergies, I moved from Pennsylvania to Michigan, first few years I had allergies. Then started eating some local organic honey, and my allergies went away completely. Third, the "long", "short" and "full" lat pull downs reminds me of Bicep Curls 21s....Where you do seven reps from the bottom extended position to halfway up, followed immediately by seven reps from the halfway point to the top of the motion, followed immediately by seven reps full range of motion curls. Its a nice variation. I could see doing the same thing with the long short full lat pull downs. Finally, eat sardines instead of tuna, they are lower on the food chain and don't have mercury in them. Plus they are higher in omega 3.
