What an amazing pilates flow! I'm not new to fitness but I am new to pilates - recommended to me by my doctor after suffering from overexertion and burnout, as well as injury, pilates is my new favourite activity and it makes me feel good...I love it. This video is so easy-to-follow but definitely challenging too, which makes it as perfect as it can be! Your instructions are also simple and uncluttered, and you have such positive energy which is really cool. Great video! ☺

I just did this workout and it's great! But, I always have issues with floor ab work affecting my lower spine. My spine sticks out a little bit and my back isn't flush with the floor and the constant pressure causes pain on my spine after awhile. Recommendations for modifications would be appreciated.
