I am a fellow ex-division-1 high jumper and as you are (I have been following you since I saw your HJ career at Florida, I was a high jumper at West Virginia University!) I was watching your single leg RDL's I always tend to start with my left leg since that was my takeoff leg and I've always been stronger and more balanced on that side! Love the videos and from one high jumper to another, keep crushing it girl!

I wind up spending four hours or more on a full routine every other day. It just worked out that way over time. I love it. I can't imagine only having 30 minutes to work out. Oh I will splice all of these moves into my routine little by little. I rotate the moves in my workout. Thanks again.

I tried this workout to shake up my regular routine (break up boredom)...all I can say OMG! I thought its only 30 mins with dumbbells, should be relatively easy. Not so, this is a killer/challenging workout!! Those RDLs w/rows...Thank you Erin!! I'll be watching for more total body workouts. 💪🏾

I look forward to training programs using equipment that we have at home. My state is still on lockdown, so it’s very useful. Even in normal times, you can’t always get to a gym. Continue to mix these with gym workouts.

This workout is an absolute torcher, it's the 2nd time I've done it and it doesn't get easier... I've been doing this one as well as the dumbells only leg workout and the full arms dumbells only. Wow, they're fantastic and have been a great alternative for not being able to get to the gym during lockdowns. They have been helping me stay on top of my fitness goals. Thank you!!

I’m all shaking and my heart is gonna explode 🥰 Thought it will be kinda easy 30’ but nope, lol. I’m sweaty and finished in 50’ ( as I haven’t been trained for a long ) 😓 and with only 2 dumbbells of 5 kg each . Even my abs are in pain and I haven’t done any abs exercises 😀👍

Hi Erin , i am a new subscriber to your channel. Over the years i had problems with my back with muscle spasms which i am sure has weakened my back . This has made me nervous to do barbell squats and dead lifts as i could feel so much pressure on my lower back . I saw your video on using the hex bar so i tried doing bent over rows , squats and dead lifts today. I followed your instruction on how to use the hex bar so that i use the correct form. After getting the technique right i really enjoyed the workout . The pressure on the lower back was a lot less and yet i lifted more than i could when doing barbell squats . ...... Thank you so much Erin for your brilliant advice xx I will try the whole body workout Tomorrow . Just one last thing Erin ..... you look amazing !! xx

I did this tonight, except the push ups, because I can't do them and the weights at my gym are round, not hexagonal for stability. For a warm-up, I did the barbell complex you published on IG on Feb 18, preceded by a 10 minutes bicycle cardio warm-up alternating high and low speed. I'm hoping to one day get as close as possible a bikini competition worthy body, without doing the competition, because I hate to be on a stage and I am clumsy, so high heels are out of question :-) .

Hi Pitaya! Warming up is rather boring :P Dynamic stretches help, and you can do 1-2 really light sets of your first exercise to help you warm up!
