I was recently told by my doctor to stop high impact exercise as I have a bad hip (getting old) she said to focus on weight training, so I have been following your videos for a while now and they are so fantastic. I never knew I could feel so worked out without the high intensity of cardio! Totally got my sweat on! Thanks so much, can't wait to do more x

I'm 65 and recovering from a torn meniscus. While I had to modify a few of the exercises, this was exactly what I needed to get back on the training path. The workout was varied, easy to scale, if needed, calming, and your reminders came at just the right time. I will definitely be returning!

Thanks Mik- another awesome low impact no repeat workout. I love that you talk to us and give us clear instructions and challenge us with compound moves. I also really appreciate that you are not racing through the moves, each contracting of a muscle is done mindfully with a deliberate pace that allows me to focus on that muscle group and really feel it working.

Just finished for my first workout of 2023 and the first of the 8 week challenge! I've never felt more relief than when I heard 'this is the second to last move' but I'm also proud of myself for sticking through it without too many modifications or breaks 😁

This was a tough one! I really enjoy your workouts, I do at least 3 a week! Having young kids means your 10 minute ones are so great for me to get some movement in. I love that it’s not rushed, really mind to muscle connection instead of just get through the movement!

I just discovered your workout playlist on KZbin, and I couldn't be happier. I have two other online "personal trainers" whom I love, but, as they say, variety is the spice of life, so it's great to have other options. I agree with the other comments that your instructions are clear and just enough, and your demeanor is so calm and relaxing. For such a young person, you are so poised! Thank you for all of your free workouts, and I love how they are categorized into Cardio, Strength, etc. I am 64 years old and have been exercising regularly since I was about 25. I am so proud of myself that I can keep up with you!! I need to exercise every day, or I will stiffen up (have some arthritis); your workouts are just the right length, and I can mix 'n match, so I never get bored. You are helping so many stay healthy and fit, so. you can feel so good about that!!! Please don't ever take down your workouts!!!

New Year New Me! You recently popped into my suggested videos on KZbin. I did one workout on Sat. I will definitely do all of the winter workout challenge. This is exactly what I need. I did Body Pump for a few years, I enjoy it but not that the class is an hour and that I have to leave home and of course during the pandemic, no classes. I now have equipment at home and I can do this workout on my schedule and that is even better. My daughter and I are going to Miami in March and I'm going on a hiking trip in June, 11 miles of hiking on day 1. This is going to be the year that I work on me, all areas, physical, mental and financial. Here's to the best year yet, 2023!!!!

I wasn't sure if I was going to start today because I've been feeling under the weather, but I'm so glad I did! I had to use 3 lb weights and do all of the modifications, but I did it and I feel great!

This workout was the perfect way to start and end (or almost end), the Winter Workout Challenge! It really makes me feel like I’ve come full circle and it was also a great way to actually see my strength increase. I remember doing this video back at the beginning of the challenge and needing to use 5 lb weights, and now I did the entire thing with 8 lb weights! It’s a small increase, but it’s something! Thank you, Mik for creating such a wonderful routine and challenge!

Since I have only 1 dumbbell I managed to modify the set and I’m I happy I did the workout! Like I was into heavy cardio hiit whole summer and now I was feeling like burned out ant overwhelmed with doing such a hard 1 h routine every single day . Just switched my routine into 30 minute more strength and sculpting oriented exercises and finally feeling all joy and happiness again! Literally this workout is not easy but so enjoyable and energising.. also love that you actually communicate in this video 😊feels like I working out with a friend not totally alone. So thank you! Just found your channel today and gonna do more of your workouts!

Long time viewer first time commenting. Loved how u had the warm up and cool down in this. Keep making videos with them incorporated. Tbh when it's not incorporated in the same video I don't do the warm up or the cool down and I know as I age that's going to catch up to me. Also if you could make some 15 min work outs with cool down and warm up included that would be awesome. I work in the medical field so I don't have a lot of time in the evenings after my shift to work out so I gotta stick to 10 and 15 min work outs during the week. On the weekends though I love your 30 min burn videos! Keep on keeping on girly!

Awesome Day 1/Week 1 of the 8 week Winter Workout 2023!! Love 💗 that it was full body and no repeat, except for right side left side exercises, and always love the compound moves. Your workouts really bring out the strong 💪 in me and I always get my sweat 💦 on while doing them!!! Yay!!! Great workout!! 🔥🔥 Let's Go Day 2!!! 👏👏 And, absolutely loved it again in Week 8/Day 5!! So great!! Love that it's a strength workout, but has that cardio effect to it that got my heart rate up!! Yay!! Terrific workout!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Hey, I'm from Austria and this is my first challenge with you and also the first time I'm really using dumbbells (3kg/6lb) instead of bottles etc and whoof, my heartrate went right up. But it felt sooo good and I also love that your moves are slow and controlled and not so fast - makes it easier to follow the moves. Also, the explanations of the moves in the 15 s breaks helped me a lot. Thank you so much, I'm determined to finish this challenge and let the sculpting do the magic🥰
