In this video I will discuss things that make me crave junk foods, how I deal with cravings, junk food alternatives and how to stop eating junk food and stop craving sugar. The less junk food I eat, the less I crave it - it's difficult to start but once you allow your body to feel better you realise how terrible junk food was making you feel! Thankyou for the meal ideas xx

I’ve noticed this too the less I eat it the less I want it but the more I allow it I become super into it all of a sudden.

It's not about telling yourself you can NEVER eat something if it’s not super healthy, just about remembering that there are other healthier options too 💛

I am trying to cut out sugar but I just cannot do it. I’ve cut it out two years ago but since I started eating it again once in a while now I am at a point where I need it at least before going to sleep 😩

Have you ever struggled with obsessing over eating healthy? I have issues with food from the get-go and strive to eat very healthy and no added sugar.. but I find myself obsessive over it, stressed when eating out, etc. I think in general I have an addictive/obsessive personality, the type that is more susceptible to addictions unfortunately. But I don’t want to live like that, so I just wanted to know if you’ve ever noticed yourself becoming obsessive and if so/if not, how do you prevent yourself from getting to that point?

I used to be the same way, my advice: eat whatever you want. Since healthy food has already been introduced to your body it will likely crave it most of the time anyways:)

I think if you have OCD around eating healthy, it’s important to let go of morals you might have place around certain types of food. Think of it as, there is no bad and good food, all food has nutrients and will nourish your body. Just some more than others

No, its just the way I put the cheese onto the bun that makes it look like an egg. Good idea though lol I will update the description with the recipe
