Substitutes used:
Oats (instead of flour)
Banana (instead of sugar)
Caoco Powder (instead of chocolate powder)
Greek yogurt (instead of mayonnaise)
Almond Milk (instead of cows milk)

I also added garlic in both the chicken and curry but completely forget to say 🤦🏾‍♀️

Just to be clear (as I said in the video) I made my food in bulk and ate multiple chicken wraps and bowls of curry throughout the days…Also this video is actually 3 days, not a week 😅

You are gorgeous, not with just how you look but with how you conduct yourself and the way you speak, really the only word that kept coming to my mind was that you are so elegant!! I love these recipes and am looking forward to checking them out, I think your tips are really helpful especially nowadays when it seems like overeating to the point of discomfort is the new normal (intuitive eating is definitely not for everyone aka me lol), I'm always looking for tricks/tips for bloating!

I shared this video with a couple of my girlfriends and they’re obsessed with your channel now Miss Jade thank you for kindly sharing, Always sending good vibes your way🧿And if I may recommend for anyone seeing this, you should try noni juice, lemon water, or green tea before breakfast for cases of bloating or indigestion! Ancient Indian remedies say a little bit of ginger and mint mixed in your beverages like hots teas helps a lot for us girlies with tummy issues time to time...Definitely do your own research ofc but just wanted to share😇💙

Everything looks so delicious and healthy ❤️ the intolerance thing you talked about is so important to me bc I recently started the vegan keto diet and I'm now realizing that I might have an intolerance to carbs because I've never felt better! It's just about finding what works for you

That's, so unscientific...you can't have an intolerance to a macronutrient...if you are keto, you still consume carbs, but just so much to keep you in ketosis, which is different for everyone. Keto was created as a diet to improve epilepsy, and isn't thought of as a normal diet for a normal healthy human outside of clinical settings. Really, let your diet be supervised by a doctor. On keto you can actually die of ketoacidosis, keto is absolutely not suitable for every person and just because you feel good it doesnt mean you are actually healthy, Jesus.

love your video but I have a question💕 so I've been eating clean and in a calorie deficit but today and yesterday I ate so so much and I barely moved.... I've also been losing weight for the past 7 months and I only want to lose 4 more kg but it's just so hard:/ I know this is one of the dumbest questions but did these 2 days of overeating ruin my process?

I don’t suggest having whole “cheat days” but I really believe in eating in moderation. I can’t advise you for sure because I don’t know the depth of your diet but being super strict a lot of the time will make you want to rebel and eat loads, hope this helps ❤️

Hey Emily. First thing, overeating for the past 2 days has not ruined your diet. What you really have to ask yourself is “is my diet something I can live with for the rest of my life?” Your eating should be flexible. Don’t feel like you have to eat “clean” all the time. A flexible diet in which you incorporate “junk food” has proven to be better for weight loss than eating only clean as this usually leads to binging. What to take away: 1.) These past 2 days have not ruined your diet. 2.) being too restrictive tends to lead to overeating. 3,) find a diet that works for you and is realistic.

Oatmeal pancakes are actually quite a filling breakfast . It’s like the equivalent to eating a bowl of porridge 🥣
