I feel so calm and so happy right now. I am taking a break from my anxiety medications as they give me insomnia so I was beginning to fear what if anxiety comes back. It’s all in the head. I create these thoughts. So thank you so much for this reminder and this peace. I am able to control the storms within me, and cloudy thoughts passing by. Peace is always within each one of us. This is helping me heal through my pain . It helps me to feel grounded and strong, through a particularly dark time in my life. it would be nice if you just 'talk to us'... don't tell us to relax and breath deep and breath....... just talk with out stopping..... just yap along about YOU walking along and doing things...... make us concentrate on YOU talking...... not on US.......... forget about the body parts.........
