I just started doing your 10 minutes for sleep about six weeks ago. It is exactly what I need in my quest for non CBD-induced, non pharmaceutical sleep. Combined with herbal compounds and acupuncture, it is pivotal for my new approach to sleeping. Thank you for your calmness, the waterfall, the music, your voice, and the clear and easy to assimilate directions and explanations of why we do each movement. I will look for more opportunities to bring qigong into my life, either live (I'm in Northern Cali) or online. Thank you again.

This was amazing! I would love to do a 15 or 20 minute version of this, I will definitely search your videos, but this 10 minute one was perfect for tonight because I have to work a little on the computer right now... But wow i really loved this. Reminded me of being in Costa Rica again. The scenery, the background music, your energy and voice, and this type of QiGong i love, it was very chill and calming, just what I needed and was looking for. I have been doing QiGong for the past 2 months or so using a couple other channels, and by chance I typed in QiGong for sleep and this came up and I am so glad it did. I just came back from a trip from Maine back to NY, and hour ago and my energy was so off and high and this just helped me get centered. I look forward to seeing more of your videos !!!
