The joke is that George Washington lived so many generations ago that he would be so quiet that nobody today would have been able to hear him. It's fuckin stupid lol. As to the not being able to "see" him part that's a mystery, no idea what was meant by that that. The whole thing makes it out that George Washington was microscopic in reality. I love shit like this lol.

I actually had one of these surgical loudness installations in my own head. What the guy in this video doesn't mention is that part of the procedure involves installing a spring, and because of the way that spring is attached it constantly turns my head to the left.
