I got through a dark period of my life listening to Theo. Wasn't the first time I found myself in the mental trenches, I was just running out of ideas on how to crawl out. I watched clip after clip, episode after episode; laughing, crying, thinking & learning. Then, I was able to pick myself up, because it sunk in that I had no choice but to do so. It made me feel a little more motivated each day knowing there was somewhere I could go to be reminded there's a man with a mullet out there slaying his demons whilst making people feel good, even using his pain to transmute it into others' daily pick-me-up. Stay in the fight my dude, we're rooting for you!

Most of the more severe illnesses happen to people by surprise, unexpectantly, impacting first in the brain, then in the corresponding organ which that part of the brain controls. The end of WWI had absolutely everything to do with the Flu and lung TB outbreak that occurred killing millions. In nature, the biological conflict linked with a territorial fear (just what it means-a fear in your territory, your home, your community, etc.) is a widening of the bronchia (tissue loss). Your body attempts to widen your bronchia in order to allow more air into your lungs to give you more strength and energy to fight to keep your territory safe. Stay with me.......The biological conflict linked with a death fright impacts the lungs. The lungs attempt to grow larger in order to allow more air in because breath equals life, as we all know. No breath equals death. While you are in the fear or death fright conflict, you notice no symptoms of “disease”, except you have cold hands, cold feet, you can’t sleep, you awaken at 3 AM every night, you have little appetite. During the war, millions of people were in fear of the bombing of their homes and cities where the war was most active. Fearing for their lives, their loved ones in the war, their ability to survive. The food in the stores was sparse due to shortages. This lasted for 4 long years! The longer the conflict, the worse the healing phase. Within 2 weeks of the German Chancellor announcing the end of WWI, these millions of people ALL went into the healing phase all at the same time. It is during the healing phase that you experience symptoms of illness! What is the healing phase of the bronchia widening? Severe bronchitis, pneumonia. The body attempts to refill this lost tissue and you experience inflammation, fever, coughing, body aches, fatigue, etc. What is the healing phase of the extra lung tissue that grew? Decomposing of the tissue by TB bacteria and fungi. The symptoms of this healing phase are: severe coughing up of blood and tissue, fever, inflammation, severe mucous, body aches, fatigue. During this decomposing of the extra tissue (tumor), the body expels a lot of protein, and without replenishment, severe protein loss can result in death. Antibiotics did not exist yet. If TB bacteria does not exist in a person or they have been vaccinated against TB (big mistake), then the tumor will simply encapsulate and become dormant and not harm you. Who died during the Spanish Flu? Mainly the poor who could not afford to buy meat and proper nourishment, and the people who were directly impacted by the bombings and destruction of their homes. Millions of people suffered fear and death frights during the fighting of WWI, and millions of people all went into healing at the end of it. Not everyone was affected because not everyone suffered the same way. It’s not a “flu”, it’s not something you “catch”. It’s biological, meaningful, and unavoidable. One hundred years later, a Fear Campaign begins, using the media to spread it......

Hope you know it is not your fault that you did not have a close bond with your mother. I did have a mother that was present but I didn't get the emotional support that I needed either. She's always been distant and uninvolved and seemingly disinterested in what I do unless she is complaining about my decisions. She has warmed up in her older age but I am still hurt and resentful and she still doesn't make attempts to keep in touch. I think regardless, parents do the best they can based on how they were raised and their only point of reference is their own personal relationship with their parents. Shit is passed down over and over. I don't know if that gives you any comfort.....I am sorry about your mother's issues.

Your being willing to share with us and compassion on these casts outside of your hilarious anecdotes and witty stories melted through that wall I had up, like Supermans "Fortress of Solitude." I watch tons of videos and channels but you are sincere. My advice :Love yourself harder, and accept only what feels right in your "gut." That's the formula. I’ve struggled with SI for as long as I can remember. In fact as crazy as it sounds the thought of killing myself is a sound played on repeat in my head everyday. So much so that I didn’t realize I was any different until someone said in conversation that they couldn’t imagine anyone having suicidal thoughts. Now that I have a son, my fight for survival is stronger than ever. I have many coping mechanisms that seem to work in the meantime. Please I wish Theo would know even a tiny fraction to how much happiness he brings people. Including myself.

I'm glad you take time off when you need too! Would rather you only be here a couple times feeling ok instead of being here a lot and not being ok.

Are you a real person or a bot

@@redlightclinicdrummer what would be different if it is one answer or the other? I mean to you personally, I have my own opinion of course. I think I should ask you for yours, in case you didn't get that far with it yet. Do you feel like you can be harmed by something like that comment if it was not a singular human being with a unique statement reflecting their feelings or view in a particular moment? What if it was created in such a way but then repurposed for some reason? Is it a dangerous thing if it was originally written 1000 years ago, like in a book? Could a bot be a good thing if it was crafted with the skills of a master of the power of the art of communication? If that idea's essence is beautiful and if so what determines the categorization of what is beautiful and what isn't? Did the comment induce a feeling of distrust in your? If so, was it because you agree with the sentiment and then the thought of it possibly being a bot then feel like it would be a betrayal of a supposed to be good thing in your heart ? Do you often respond to things that you feel good about with a follow up of mistrust? If you do, maybe you should, I don't know if it's the appropriate one or not but I will be honest I don't think that is likely to be a healthy way to operate. I actually have no idea what the fuck you are thinking or feeling or even if it was a bot or not but I hope you are willing to do some analysis and become more of a willful and purposeful commenter, who puts bots to shame and disemplwers all the doubts about your own authenticity. Respectfully, Domo Arigato

I feel you on the world feeling off and weird. It’s like people forgot how to be human and how to be kinda to each other. Very strange times.

Theo you're a beautiful light brother. You are more honest and open on camera, sharing with us then most people are with themselves. The world is becoming more and more divisive, individualistic and seperated. What you're doing is bringing people together and sharing love. This ain't a comedy podcast it's human with a touch of comedy. Gang gang brother Excelsior!
