You need to use some mayonnaise to spread on the bread. Great flavor and so much easier to cook with !!!! Great sandwich!!!! Have to try apple with my bacon !!!!

Good job Belle, the sandwich sounds and looks delicious. In Wales we have a chunk of cheese with a slice of fruit cake and/or a fruit scone with an apple and a chunk of cheese - both completely delicious. Papa who needs money when you’re rich in personality, I’m certain The Nana agrees.

This gave me an idea of a sweet breakfast. Brioche bread with sweetened cream cheese sandwiched in the middle. Buttered and grilled then sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the outside.
