Why don't you show how to change the tension of this piece of equipment?

Sure I can! It’s super easy …press button down on side and lift up or down … I didn’t change tension in workout because it was set for me to go ..are you struggling with changing settings?

@@RosalieBrownFit Thanks! I was putting the Ultra Core on my lap and pushing the button in but the arm would not move. I put it on the floor and put my foot on the round area then pushed the button while pulling up the arm and it moved easily. Thank again.
